I was greeted by a very pleasant polite receptionist who made me feel welcome which makes a nice change because sometimes the ladies don’t smile or speak when I arrive. Great Dentist always does an excellent job for me so I was and am very pleased with the treatment I received. All this goes to make my appointment a very pleasant experience.

Had a check up and was Impressed by the service especially the fantastic Dr Bogdan with his approach to the patient making the experience feel more One to one . 10/10 service and amazing team

Yet another scheduled appointment cancelled. This time with 25 minutes notice by text when I was already on my way to the appointment. Turned up to be told the dentist wasn’t in! 2nd rescheduled appointment cancelled now. Very poor management. After taking time off work and driving to the appointment I am very annoyed. The dentists when you actually get to see them are great, but the organisation of the appointments is shocking.

Got a letter last week saying I have been struck off for missing an appointment, I had forgotten the date I'd made six months ago (wish they'd sent a text reminder, they used to). Only 'missed' an appointment last year because I was late.... I've tried to ring them several times but always busy.

The routine appointment was 25 mins late, not with my appointed dentist, not knowing what I had come for, and probably the shortest least routine check I have had. Measured in a few minutes. I wondered what I have paid £27.50 for ! RP

I felt right at home, though it was my first visit. I appreciated how much attention they paid to me and their friendliness.

I was much more satisfied today. The dentist took time to listen to me, checked each tooth carefully and gave advice. The last couple of visits the examination has seemed quite cursory but today felt comprehensive. Abdul was the dentist.
