St. Raphael's Dental Practice

I’ve always had very good experiences at this practice. Everyone is consistently polite, professional, and welcoming, which makes visits so much easier. Recently I had severe toothache and was really impressed by how quickly they helped me — the receptionist, Mel, was particularly helpful and went out of her way to get me a fast appointment. The care I received was excellent, and I’m very grateful for how efficiently and kindly everything was handled. Highly recommend.

This was our first visit to St Raphael’s as a family, and it was such a lovely experience. From being welcomed at reception by Clare, to being looked after so well by James and Millie. James and Millie were excellent at putting the children at ease immediately and I noticed how he used child friendly language to explain every step of their treatment so that they weren’t scared or frightened. He had a wonderful calming manner with them and gained their trust quickly. It is clear to see that he takes pride in his job and the service he provides to his patients. We cannot fault this experience, and are very grateful for the treatment we have received. We would highly recommend this dental practice to our friends and family.

I have always had a great experience at St Raphaels, whether that's getting my teeth cleaned by Ella or attending routine checkups with Laythan. I recently needed a tooth removed due to some past neglect. Gemma walked me through the next steps beforehand which put my mind at ease, and Laythan carried out the procedure at short notice given the pain I was in. The whole thing went really well and I could not fault the care I received. Would highly recommend.

I've been with St Raphael's since it opened. They've gone a long way to restore my confidence in having my teeth looked at. Every visit is friendly, un-rushed and they really put you at ease. Today I've had a tooth out and was dreading it, but James was brilliant. I didn't feel a thing and he kept me calm throughout. I can honestly say this is the best dentist practice I've been to.

At each stage of my care, every member of staff (notably Mel, on the desk plus James, Clare, Ella and Marta) demonstrated genuine compassion, extensive knowledge, and the highest levels of professionalism. Their ability to communicate clearly, thoughtfully, and with reassurance ensured that I felt informed, supported, and valued throughout. I’ve tried private dentists in many different countries, but nothing quite tops the standard you get at St Raphael’s. Hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. From the moment you walk in you’re greeted with a smile and 5 star customer service. Sam and Marta were so efficient and lovely to chat to whilst waiting to be seen by the dentist Laythan. Laythan really makes going to dentist enjoyable, I was able to sit back in the chair and actually relax whilst he did my treatment, I was put completely at ease and didn’t feel a thing. His assistant, Clare was super, kind and helpful too. You can really feel that this is a positive work environment where everyone puts 100% into their roles and makes the customers feel taken care of in every way.
