Towerhill Dental Surgery

Absolutely fantastic! From my initial enquiry the staff here have been lovely. Got an emergency appointment in less than 24 hours. I was in to the appointment with no waiting, had a practically pain free extraction and was home within 20 minutes! Just wow!! I can honestly say it’s was so quick and painless unlike the previous traumatic experiences I’ve had elsewhere. Felt really at ease, staff very kind and patient and thorough with explanations. 10/10 recommend

I went for an initial assessment with Hannah. I am a bit concerned as to what treatment was medically needed and what treatment she would like me to have. There was a disparity that was quickly changed when challenged. I have been to many dentists both NHS and private over the years. I have paid a lot of money to have white fillings and other treatments over the years as per the advice of the dentist. I would NOT recommend this surgery as there are much better private dentists out there who will be realistic to medical treatment required and not try to acquire money when treatment is not necessarily needed. I was pleased to see in the news this morning that the government will now challenge private dental fees. I do not normally write reviews and this is probably only 5 reviews in the last 10 years. I must comment that Lisa the receptionist/practice manger is very friendly and efficient.

Brilliant service. I was in need of an emergency appointment, called at 08:45, appointment at 13:30, temporary fix by 14:00. My dentist couldn’t see me for 3 weeks 🙄. Really friendly, helpful and professional service.

I had a broken tooth yesterday. Emailed the surgery, asking to be seen asap. This morning at 8:50am,(They don't open until 9am) Hannah the dentist rang me with an afternoon appointment. You can't get better service than that. Thank you to everyone.

My 2 yr old boy had an accident and hurt his tooth. I can't thank this team enough. They are AMAZING!

I decided to try Towerhill Surgery after hearing positive things from a family member, and they were definitely up to the mark. The entire team was friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. I was pretty nervous to have my first tooth removed, and Hannah and her lovely dental assistant made me feel at ease. The process was quick, professionally performed, and I felt extremely relieved and well informed afterwards. I couldn't recommend this surgery more and I look forward to returning, which is rare when going to the dentist!

If you are looking to change to a caring and professional dentist, I cannot recommend this lovely team of Ladies enough. Always friendly, they have even managed to win over my 90 year old Dad who had got to the stage, through substandard dentists in the past, that he had lost all confidence. These ladies have won him over and as his Daughter I see them explaining fully every procedure, making him feel at ease. They are an always welcoming, respectful and happy team. Cannot praise them enough.
