Quality Dental: Shoreham-by-Sea

Not the best experience to be honest. I had two appointments cancelled beforehand with no real explanation or effort to rebook, which wasn’t great. When I did finally go in, the appointment felt very quick, under five minutes, and I was still charged £27. It didn’t feel very thorough for the price. Would be good to see better communication and a bit more care during appointments.

Good Comms. Appointment was on time. Professional and friendly consultation. Crucially didn't just advise I needed a future hygiene appointment and upsell their service, but removed the obvious build up as part of the check up. This is exactly what the customer experience is and QD delivered. Please continue delivering this level of service.

First appointment with new practice after being with a previous dentist for over 20 years. Both Seren and Livia were professional, friendly and very thorough... felt in very good hands and drills 😄

Lovely staff all round, from reception to the dentists. My family and I have always received great treatment. Nice bright and clean environment. Only given 4 stars because I can never get through to anyone on the phone and because there have been a handful of times that my appointments have been cancelled at short notice. Its very busy so sometimes long wait times for appointments but thats understandable because of how great they are.

A very good dentist, would recommend. Ver kind staff and my dentist is absolutely lovely. I’m very well supported and listened to. Dental treatment has been excellent!

Dentist was excellent. I was seen promptly and he was really helpful. He showed me photos of my teeth and explained the treatment that he had completed. Not so happy with reception. I developed a sore throat and tried to change appointment. The reception was very offhand and told me that if I didn’t come to the appointment I would lose my NHS place Lack of empathy that you wouldn’t expect in a healthcare setting.

Highly recommend Dr Jash at Quality dental. He looks after myself and my two daughters and is always so friendly and welcoming. He carries out all his work in a very professional manner and to a very high standard.
