The reception team were excellent with my son yesterday after getting his braces. They were all friendly and professional - helped me with the after care advice and booking another appointment. Pleasure to deal with them all. Thank you. Rachel and her team in the dental surgery were also excellent. Thank you for doing such a great job for my son’s braces.

Both my daughters have received absolutely excellent orthodontic work at Eustace by Maneh, Caroline and the whole team. My youngest daughter’s work was completed 2 years ago and my eldest is just about to have her braces removed. Throughout this time the care they have received has been exemplary. They are both neurodivergent and every step of the way they have been supported and next steps discussed calmly and with their full inclusion - allowing them to feel in control yet fully supported and prepared for each next step lessening anxiety. Their thoughtful and personal approach has meant both my daughters have felt calm and safe and respected. The orthodontic work has been absolutely excellent and the results are absolutely brilliant. If you are looking for a practice that truly cares, listens and treats young people with compassion, respect and gentleness with first class outcomes then Eustace is for you.

I had a lovely experience at Eustace. The receptionists are always so warm and welcoming, and the orthodontists are excellent. They made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment, and I'm so happy with the results. I would highly recommend Eustace to anyone looking for orthodontic treatment!

We would be unlikely to recommend Eustace and partners merely because we live in SW London and Sevenoaks would be a bit too far to travel to, for our friends even if its service is very good! We’ve been coming to this dentists for many years and have always had good treatment. While acknowledging that Eustace is operating in an increasingly competitive market we hope Eustace maintains its traditional care-based values.

I have been seeing Hien for all my dental needs for over five years and she has been absolutely exceptional. She is always professional, friendly, and reassuring, and takes the time to explain everything clearly and honestly. I have complete trust in her advice and have always felt that she genuinely has my best interests at heart. When I started considering straightening my teeth, I had no hesitation in seeking her guidance and following her recommendation. Over the past year, I have had Invisalign treatment with Maneh, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience or the results. Maneh has been friendly, informative, and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. She always made me feel at ease, and I never felt that they were more than a phone call or email away. I was seen regularly every six to eight weeks and received clear, helpful advice at every stage of my treatment. As someone who has always struggled with dental issues and confidence in my smile, I am so grateful for the confidence this treatment has given me. Senha has saved my teeth! Top notch service all the way through, and I have been thrilled that I have been so well looked after, as I was in a bad way to start and now have good teeth. Jenny on reception is an absolute star as well and helped me out when I needed to move appointments around. Would recommend to anyone.
