Bupa Dental Care Sevenoaks

We've been coming to this Dentist for over seven years never had a bad experience. Our dentist Demetri always gives great dental advice and treats the children with total patience. The hygienist Cindy is also fantastic as are the dental assistants. Lovely friendly team at reception also. Thanks all.

I had a really positive experience with the hygienist Jaye here at Bupa. She’s clearly very skilled at what she does and comes across as someone who genuinely enjoys her work and cares about her patients. She was patient, thorough, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the appointment. She was quite empathetic and non-judgemental and I can see she’s the kind of hygienist who can work with anyone, regardless of the condition of their teeth and still make them feel at ease. The practice itself is decent overall. I know there are mixed reviews about reception, but my personal experience with Jaye was excellent and she’s a real credit to both Bupa and the dental industry in the UK.

My daughter chipped her front tooth. I called first thing the following morning and was thankful to be offered a 3.00pm appointment. We arrived at 3.07pm having spent 13 minutes sat at St Botolph's road, due to an inconsiderate driver who had stopped in the middle of the road, preventing any traffic from turning left. We were told my daughter would not be seen because we were over 5 minutes late. I explained what had happened but was told to rearrange. My husband and I have been patients for 18 years and we have never been late for our appointments. Very rarely, have we been seen on time by the dentist, yet we understand that some patients may need more treatment time than others and we gracefully accept that it happens. I am disgusted that my daughter has now been left with a chipped tooth and cannot be seen for another 2 weeks. Our 6 monthly check up has been cancelled twice in the last 2 months due to staff illness. Would the above have happened if we had been a private patients! Treatment and service at Oasis was excellent. Please bring the expected standard back.

Jiten the orthodontist and the other dentists, nurses and receptionists have all been fantastic throughout my daughter’s braces experience. We’ve never had to wait long for appointments and they are always friendly, professional and helpful.

Always a great experience with the hygienist. Although I have to travel, I would not change from my existing BUPA care as it is excellent so am very happy to provide this review

I had a very bad experience at this practice. My appointment was cancelled without anyone informing me, and when I called to ask what happened, the receptionist was extremely rude and patronising. She even insinuated that if I don’t like it, I can go elsewhere, which is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting. I have never been treated like this before. After reading other reviews, it seems this type of behaviour isn’t an isolated incident. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this practice.

Very impressed by both the staff, dentists and hygienists at this practice. Not only are they professional, friendly and caring but also efficient and reasonable with costs. I highly recommend them to any person requiring dental work, who regards quality care paramountly.
