Today I experienced the best service I’ve ever received anywhere! I spoke to Vicki on the phone who was beyond helpful to me and helped me book in an appointment as quick as possible, she was extremely polite and was very chatty which I loved! And she then checked on me after I had finished to see how I was and we spoke for a little while she was very friendly. I also had Lewis who helped me feel at ease as I was a bit nervous of needles, he made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job on my broken tooth. The staff and customer service was absolutely amazing and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the process!
Bertie and his team are fantastic. Bertie is an excellent dentist and my filling was painless and perfect. Thank you all - you are all AMAZING
