Mulberry Dental Clinic (Oral Surgery and Dental Implant Leading Centre)

I recently had a 5 tooth ,3 implant bridge work done here under the care of dr Al Hashemi. The price was competitive for the work but what impressed me was I wasn’t quite happy with the first teeth made , they didn’t quite sit right compared to the original teeth ( dr Al hashemi hadn’t seen the original teeth, just the gap ) but he had them remade at no cost to me, I believe they cost £1000 to £1500 to make and although he was now making less money than quoted in the subsequent visits his demeanour or happy natured enthusiasm never changed. The first set he made were zirconia although I didn’t pay for this method as the quote was too expensive but he chose to have them done this way as they were better than what he quoted for, what really impressed me was he had remade the second set with zuconia too when he could of said as he was paying that he was going to revert back to the cheaper method that I originally accepted in the initial quote. The second set were absolutely spot on , best smile I’ve ever had , this is now my preferred dentist , Classy work , classy establishment

Back in April I had a really bad toothache, I went on the website and had a conversation with Dr Al-Hashemi, who then booked me for an emergency appointment on a Saturday evening. I explained how anxious I was but this guy is amazing, I had 2 teeth extracted within 30 seconds. I felt so happy leaving that I joined the plan that they provide and since then I have seen Vivian the hygienist, who again was amazing and then the dentist Linda 2 days later again brilliant. Everyone at this surgery including Dela on reception have made my experience truly wonderful and I will not miss an appointment again. Thank you to you all 😀😀

I attended Mulberry Clinic for a wisdom tooth extraction following a referral. I was advised beforehand that it would be a simple extraction; however, it became a prolonged and difficult procedure involving drilling, and I was later informed that part of the tooth had to be left in place due to the risk of nerve damage. I had made it clear that I am a nervous dental patient. During and after the procedure, I did not feel particularly reassured. I also left the clinic with blood around my mouth, which I did not notice until after leaving as I had brought my Nan with me for support. I was not offered anything to clean my face before leaving. Several days later, I am still experiencing pain, have developed swelling/gum changes near the adjacent molar, and have needed to contact my own dentist to try and get an emergency review today. I understand complications can occur, but clearer communication and better aftercare reassurance would have improved the experience.

Was amazing and the guy who did it was a quick easy process with me having epilepsy he took precaution and did it so quick that by the time I had shut my eyes for my wisdom tooth to be removed it was out and done. Shawqi Al-Hashemi I recommend him 5*

Was seen by Mr Al-Hashemi for a broken front tooth, he was very professional and kind. Even the results of the temporary work on the tooth look excellent! Would wholeheartedly recommend.

Wouldn’t have any one else extract or perform a treatment plan. I’m an extremely anxious patient, Mr Al -Hashemi is aware of this and treats me with the utmost respect and professionalism. Clinically, he is undoubtedly the best oral surgeon I have seen. And I’ve seen many, including Harley St. His extractions are seamless. Fast, thorough, calm and empathetic. From a mouth of horrors following failed cosmetic treatment (elsewhere) he has attempted to rectify, both myself and family members are happy to travel to see him, as opposed to local services. Always a hug and big thanks to his amazing dental nurse, who really does enhance his practice with her kind and caring support. Thank you

This is the second occasion when Dr Al Hashemi has not arrived in time to see his patients in the morning. Feels like a lack of respect to not be in the building in sufficient time for the first appointment.
