Been going for years and good dental care. The entrance is at the rear of the building, there is no customer parking, looks like a disabled spot to be used. I normally book the first appointment and still have a little wait so expect that, from 10 minutes to 30 minutes. Getting a routine appointment works well and my wife needed a urgent one which was acomadated so it's working well. This visit I walked in and there was two receptionist, one on the computer, the other her phone and not for long, but to me it looked like, they looked at each other to decide whos turn it was to welcome me. It was proffesional but not friendly. While leaving a lady come in four hours early for her appointment and she was offered to return at the correct time or another appointment two days later. The Surgery seems very quiet for number of staff, there were two Dentist upstairs but as I left after my appointment, only one patient. I mention this as I believe they are not taking any more NHS patients, when it's looks as if they could. My daughter asked. They keeping my teeth healthy and in place so I am happy man.

Lovely experience! The whole team was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. I had a check-up and was able to get a hygienist appointment the same day, which was really convenient. The dentist even swapped her lunch break to fit me in. I came back few weeks later for a filling. Everything went smoothly—professional, caring, and efficient. Highly recommend!

Had a loose crown and I was able to book an appointment to re-fit it the same day. The Reception staff were very helpful and efficient looking up my details and getting me booked in without delay. The refitting was very quick and I was given detailed guidance on what to plan for, regarding future work that would be required.
