Community Dental Service - Ashfields - Sandbach

Excellent Dentist ( Ann & staff). I attended for an extraction after a bundled appointment at Love Lane Dentist in Nantwich. I had a bent root so there was some concern about the procedure but I felt reassured by the Dentist and Lyndsey Potter who were VERY caring. I have known Lyndsey for years working at this practice and she is very caring, especially with older patients iv noticed, and very efficient. My extraction with extrememly painful abscess went very well. What a relief. Thank you so much .

Referred here by my own dentist after an extraction went horribly wrong, and left the roots in place. Waited a couple weeks and then got a text to call and make an appointment. As per another review, only got to voicemail a couple of times, and email address bounced back. However, after only getting through to voicemail a few times, I did leave a voicemail, and to their credit, within the hour they called me back, and was able to make an appointment within the following two weeks. The service received at the appointment was great, and the dentist made me feel comfortable and had the roots removed in no time. One stitch required and a job well done. I could not have asked for a better service.

Recently visited the dental surgery to my wisdom teeth removed, for someone who suffers with severe dental anxiety witch bring on panic attacks it was a big deal! but I would like to say a massive thank you to James and his team he made me feel so comfortable and relaxed enough to be able to remove the teeth is fantastic plus helping me battle my fear I have never felt so calm, I would highly recommend James and him team they are amazing and so friendly I would definitely go back to this surgery.

Visited dental surgery on Weds for surgical removal of tooth.. Want to thank James and all nurses and staff for being so kind and reassuring. Felt very well looked after and after care was excellent. Would recommend to anyone who is anxious about visiting dentist. Thank you once again to everyone!

So today at the age of 28 I had my first lot of extractions , I've had a phobia of the dentist for my entire life. I was so worried and scared about today's appointment that it was keeping me up at night . I must say that James and the amazing assistant (I'm sorry, I'm so bad with names) made me feel so at ease and as soon as I sat in the chair my anxiety kind of just went . I was gearing up to be sedated but I'm so glad I wasn't. Once the anesthetic kicked in, I didn't feel a bloody thing. 4 teeth out and 15 mins later I had no idea what I was worried about. Honestly cannot thank them enough , the whole process was painless, quick and they talked me through everything they were doing, all i felt was a bit of pressure but no pain whatsoever . If anyone going here is absolutely bricking it, dont worry . These guys know what they are doing . Once again the NHS have proved to have amazing staff and it's truly something to be treasured. See you next time for another 3 out.
