The appointment was just a routine check-up. However, it was dealt with promptly and courteously by the receptionist and the appointment was pretty much on time. Tom, my dentist, was his usual friendly self and the 2 dental nurses seemed to be fine. We agreed a way forward with the issue that I raised so I was very happy to see that being progressed as it's been a long wait.

Excellent dental practice. Dr Abid Iqbal is a fantastic dentist. He has cared for myself and my two sons for years now. He is lovely, friendly, professional and calm. I can highly recommend.

Dentist Nicola is excellent as always. Rating is based on the admin and booking slots; the first is poor and the second isn't great. Receipts do not state details of treatment, for example a lab fee (for what?) is lumped in with a purchase for dental brushes. This has been mentioned numerous times but changes are not made. Staff do their best to book slots but being private (for years there) I'm not happy waiting weeks for a second d appointment

Dentistry skills and service, provided by experienced staff are very good but the explosion in the cost of standard services in the last 5/6 years, under new ownership has been alarming. A quote for a standard 15/20 minute long filling was £160. This feels like profiteering

This dentist is first class I have always been scared of dentists with having a bad experience as a child but this dentist has given me my confidence back. The reception staff are always accommodating & very helpful. My Dentist Rebecca is absolutely amazing she is very reassuring & talks to you making you at ease in the chair & doing any treatment.
