The whole team is so friendly. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Christine, who is always welcoming, to the orthodontists themselves, everyone makes you feel comfortable and cared for. I've seen a couple of different orthodontists during my treatment, and they've all been equally friendly and professional. I absolutely love my new smile 😁. The main orthodontist at this practice is lovely, but my experience with the Practioniaer Victoria was extremely disappointing. She was rude, dismissive, and not patient-centered. I was turned away for being 10 minutes late, even though I had a valid reason and had traveled from the other side of Sheffield, taking my secondary school child out of school for the appointment. When I raised this with her, she said, "it’s your problem," with both her arms out, and said that due to her back to back clinic she couldn’t run into her lunch break of one hour in order to accommodate us. The way she spoke was with attitude and it felt so unprofessional and uncaring. I hope the practice addresses this, as it caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience.

Fixed my daughter’s teeth with braces in record time. Very thorough service with a well designed and extremely clean studio.
