i wish i could give it 0 stars. worst dentist ever, there is this one staff whos super rude, shes blaming me for my braces everytime they break when all i eat is soft foods. She doesnt apply the braces properly. if it were up to me id remove her dental license. she dont deserve to work there. I dont remember her name but id recommend everyone to stay away from this dental practice. the rude dentist even said she would cancel my braces plan if they break again, but its not even my fault, shes the one who cant apply the braces properly. all my friends with braces are able to eat apples, chickens, crisps, even carrots without their braces breaking, but mine break just from eating a soft untoasted sandwich? also another issue is their phone line. every time the call gets to 20minutes of waiting, they hang up. i confronted them at the desk and they dont me its "not their issue"??? horrible customer service aswell.
Just visited Carl Agyeman for a 2nd opinion on a problem with my tooth. I must say it is the best experience on any visit to a dentist I have ever had. He was very thorough took an xray and explained the options I had. Although he is a specialist for root canal treatment he never tried to push me in that direction, just explained the pros and cons and gave me the choice of which way to go even if not to his benefit. Many thanks
I am grateful that they are available at the time I needed a dentist because the tooth pain was not responding to any pain relievers. However, I feel the diagnosis was rushed. I was given a rx for antibiotics & a sr pain killers to use in addition to what I had, at that moment all 3 pharmacies I went didn’t have it, mind u this was about 8pm & in pain . I also feel that the the nhs fee was unjustifiable because the issue was not resolved.
Came in for an emergency tooth extraction, came out with antibiotics and alot of pain still. Lazy can't be bothered attitude looking at other reviews saying similar this place should be closed.
On hold for 40 minutes then call dropped. Called again two days later, on hold for 18 minutes. Still not managed to get through. Been waiting 1 year 8 months to see an orthodontist. I haven’t had any information. So frustrating
If I could give zero starts I would. Worst practice ever .first of all the dentist filled MY OWN health assessment form and marked no to everything.i didn’t have any medical issues but imagine I did . Can’t imagine how many people have had serious illness attending this practice/ allergies . The dentist was rude also . Didn’t greet me at all . She just told me to lie down and slapped the glasses on . When I tried explaining the problem she wasn’t even listening , just lots of "yeah yeah yeah , huh , huh, yeah ". She also didn’t do anything for my teeth . I have had a really old temporary filling gone bad and didn’t replace that . What a waste of time Would never go again and definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone thinking of going .
I called this clinic for three consecutive days to request a repeat prescription for my son. Every time my call was put on hold, and after waiting for about 20 minutes, the call was disconnected. This happened repeatedly, and I was never able to speak to anyone.
