I had my first visit with Laura for a comprehensive dental hygiene appointment. Can hands down say she is the best dentist I have seen - the attention to detail, kindness and professionalism was second to none and I especially appreciate that she took time to explain things that previous dentists haven’t bothered to. I had an outstanding experience with Dr. Gill and his team today. Although I visited only for a CBCT scan, the level of care and professionalism I received went far beyond what I expected. Dr. Gill ensured the scan would be fully usable for my treatment abroad and approached every step with exceptional thoroughness and clarity. What truly stood out was the combination of technical precision and genuine kindness — a rare and refreshing balance. It is a privilege to encounter a clinician who delivers such high performance while embodying humanity at its best. I felt reassured, well‑informed, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire process. A special thank‑you as well to the wonderful team supporting him. Have just completed a re-alignment of my teeth, veneers and an implant in my mid 60's having disliked my smile most of my adult life. My treatment has been exceptional by every member of the team and Hap Gill has achieved a perfect result that I am thrilled with. Every aspect was carefully explained and I felt confident and reassured throughout the entire process. I feel so welcomed and well looked after at every visit, it really has been a pleasure to get to know the Team and best of all I now love my smile!

Initially met with Hannah for some regular dentistry and then Invisalign and cosmetic procedures. Hannah was caring, understanding and she listened. She created a procedure plan that I completely trusted and has supported me so well since. Kim is also patient and excellent as are the entire team who always make me feel very welcome.

Imagine your dentist’s surgery is somewhere you look forward to going to. Where you get a greeting from a receptionist who is genuinely friendly from the first time you visit and from then on, knows who you are. And then you notice how friendly all the people in the practice are to one another. However, that is all well and good, but what you really want is the comfort of personable, knowledgeable and professional expertise that puts you and your needs at the centre of their professional care. Well, from my experience, at The Richmond Dentist and from Dr Hap Gill, you get all of this. I don’t often write reviews but when I do, I leave it for a while before writing - to be sure that I still feel same way some time later. So, it has been sixteen months since my first visit, I remain delighted with the results, I no longer have aching or pain in my teeth and my only regret is that I didn’t know about this practice sooner. We moved back to the UK a year ago after 25 years overseas. We moved to the area and The Richmond dentist was recommended by friends in Richmond. We’ve visited the Water Lane surgery several times now - for hygienist and check up visits. Everyone we’ve met has been wonderful. Very professional and equally friendly. Today I was welcomed by Anita who is always great - offering water, tea or coffee as I waited. I had a regular checkup with Dr. Hannah Massey who took the time to examine my teeth thoroughly and, as importantly, to explain what she observed and offer advice on any treatments I needed or changes to my dental hygiene routine that might improve my dental health. It’s always a pleasure to visit The Richmond Dentist and I’d recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a friendly, professional, and knowledgeable dentist.

I had a really lovely experience with Dr Massey today. She was warm, friendly and clearly very experienced. She put me completely at ease from the start, which makes such a difference at the dentist. She did a fantastic job and managed to sort everything in just one visit. I’m genuinely so pleased with the result. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr Massey.
