Recently joined this practice and I couldn’t be happier about my experience. It has made going to the dentist so much easier for me (as someone who’s been dreading seeing the dentist since I was a child!) Dr Matthew is so great at what he does, and the receptionist, Monica, is the sweetest!

I’ve had such a lovely experience with this dental practice. The reception team - Monica and Lyla are always so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and Agnes, the manager is fantastic and always makes sure we had a great experience. We are made feel comfortable from the moment we walk in. Dr Jack has been so professional and gentle, he always takes the time to explain everything clearly. My son also saw Dr Matthew and hygienist Judit for the Tooth Brushing Club, and they were both amazing with him and they made the experience fun and positive. The whole team genuinely cares about their patients and you can really tell. Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for friendly and professional dental care!

We just had a fantastic experience with Dr Noor who saw our 13 year old son for a complicated orthodontic issue. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, patient, and clearly experienced in working with kids, which made the whole visit feel calm and reassuring. Dr Noor took the time to carefully explain each step before doing the X-ray, making sure my son felt comfortable and understood what was happening. The imaging process itself was quick and handled very professionally. Dr Noor went over the X-ray in detail, pointing out key areas and explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. She didn’t rush the appointment and made sure all of our questions were answered. The advice given felt thoughtful, honest, and tailored specifically to my child’s needs, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I’d highly recommend this practice to any parent looking for a knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring orthodontist for their child.

We recently switched to this practice for both myself and my toddler daughter, and I am very happy with our experience so far. I saw Dr. Matthew, who was very attentive and thorough. He explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease throughout my appointment. My daughter saw Dr. Jack, and had a very positive experience. He was patient and kind, and knew how to make her feel comfortable. So much so that she’s excited to go back!

After about 15-years of using this practice, I have now moved to one much further away. Dr Rana retired just before Christmas and mt favourite hygienist left last year. Unfortunately, on my last visit to the hygienist (under new management) I was in the chair for only 20 minutes, but still charged the usual full amount. My teeth and gums did not feel clean at all. It's so sad as I loved this practice and felt confident that I was at the best place for my care. I did provide feedback to reception on why I was transferring to another dentist and was basically told thanks and go away. I hope that the new management take this feedback on board as I can see I am not the only client who is not happy with the changes.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Dr Laleh Salmani at Richmond Hill Dental. She is incredibly lovely, reassuring and processional, and from the very first appointment I felt completely at ease - something I never thought possible after many traumatizing dental experiences in my childhood. She is truly the first dentist I have not been scared to visit. Dr Laleh did an amazing job on my front teeth – they look aligned, natural and beautifully shaped. Her attention to detail and gently approach made all the difference. What stood out even more is her honest and straightforward professional recommendations. She always explains everything clearly, never pushes unnecessary treatments, and actually helps save mover and avoid extra dental visits. It’s rate to find a dentist who genuinely puts patients first but Dr Laleh does exactly that. She consistently prioritizes her patients’ well-being and delivers care with integrity and kindness. And I can’t forget the front desk team – the receptionists are always incredible helpful, friendly and efficient, making every visit smooth and pleasant from start to finish. I’m beyond grateful to have found Dr Laleh Salmani. If you are looking for a dentist who is skilled, compassionate, trustworthy and truly exceptional, I cannot recommend Dr Laleh enough.

Dr Rana was a hard act to follow, but after my first appointment with Dr.Jack I knew I would continue to be in good hands. Highly recommended.
