Thanks to all at My Dentist especially Nicholas Williams for his care before / during and after my long visit 29-01-26 from a very nervous person thank you again.

Coming from a generation that had not so gentle,friendly or good dentists, this surgery is excellent. Needless to say i was petrified of going to a dentist, but the lovely Lucy and Lynsey to Nicholas Williams the dentist made me feel calm, and it has been the most pleasant appointment I have ever had.

I have been to this practice for about 5 years. I like the way everything is explained. Since following their advice, I have needed very little treatment and now just go for a checkup annually.

The fear of dentists destroys my soul. Dr Nicholas was so kind, patient, calm, I'd highly recommend and I've never recommended any dentist in my life - I went out of desperation, but there was no judgement from him, he built trust and clearly explained everything and gave me options. I can't say it was a pleasure, as it's never going to be, but he made it more bearable. Thanks for your patience.

My 10 year old daughter received a letter through the post, saying she has been taken off there books for missing an appointment. My wife rang and left a message 2 days before, saying she was unable to attend. My wife rang to discuss this and was told its the dentist decision. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from this dentist, avoid at all costs, obviously no customer care at all, even if it is a child.

Excellent service at "My dentist" last week. Thorough examination and explanations of procedures to be undertaken by Nicholas the dental surgeon . Highly competent surgical work carried out while reassuring all the time. Good explanation of after care. Definitely recommend this dental practice. Thank you.

Fantastic exoerience first appointment was nervous due to high anxiety of going to the dentist after previous bad experiences, from the moment I walked was made to feel at ease by the receptionist, the dentist her self absolutely amazing after first visit felt at ease 5 weeks later all treatment finished and feels amazing all phobias of visiting a dentist are in the past, everything explained regarding treatment and reassurance throughout was fantastic. Would highly recommend my dentist especially if u r as nervous as I first was.
