I have been a patient at Alder Road Dental Surgery for around 10 years and have been under the care of Paulina Prahl-Kiedrowska throughout that time. Paulina is an outstanding dentist who consistently provides a professional, caring, and high-quality service. In addition to routine dental treatments, I have had a root canal procedure and a new crown fitted, both of which were carried out to an excellent standard. Paulina always takes the time to explain treatments clearly and ensures I feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. I am extremely happy with the care I have received over the years and would highly recommend Paulina to anyone looking for a skilled and trustworthy dentist.

Only just registered with them. Great team very friendly. Explained everything clearly and if costs were involved then these were spoke about up front, with no pressure. No long waits so far, great communication and similar prices to other private dentists. Paulina is great and really puts you at ease. Highly recommend this dental practice.

The whole team was incredibly clean, professional, and genuinely friendly, which made a big difference in calming my nerves. Excellent dental surgery. We arrived for our emergency appointment and after a 10 minute wait, saw the dentist who diagnosed my son's dental issue straightaway. He needed an extraction which was all done immediately, all complete within 10-15 minutes! I'm amazed by the excellent, prompt service. Kudos to the entire team

I'm a relatively new customer to this practice after years of not seeing a dentist. I must say everyone at the practice is friendly and so so professional. Informative about how you can help yourself look after your teeth..great advice and not just after your money. I will say I'm very happy thus far 😊

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the staff at reception. They were friendly and professional. Treatment was explained clearly by the staff and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. 100% recommend this dental practice.

These guys are just superb. The environment is calm and clean, they are exceptionally customer focused, work hard to prioritise more urgent care, and I couldn't recommend Sam Wheeler highly enough for his dental skill and care. Highly recommend.
