I cannot recommend dentist Sadeem and nurse Heba highly enough. I needed a new 6-tooth bridge, which involved several appointments. Throughout the process, Sadeem was exceptionally patient, clearly explained every step, and delivered an excellent, natural-looking result at a very reasonable cost. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone requiring dental treatment, complex or otherwise!
A great experience for myself and my two young children. Lucian and Abbs are brilliant with the kids. We even had a session with a dental advisor who applied flouride to the kids teeth and gave them extra information about brushing techniques.
My new dentist Lucian Siminiuc is one of a kind. Amazing guy and very professional treatments provided this month. His little 'xmas' helper is very bubbly and professional dental nurse Kay. She is amazing as well. Love my new dental surgery, as receptionist Greta and other staff I dealt with very friendly and very professional. Email updates and texts messages, follow-ups, calls superb. Website mydentist with local surgery page very good as well. I'm very happy NHS customer. Thank to recent changes in the UK government I was actually able to get NHS treatment in Dorset after more then 6 years waiting. The slow fix is actually happening.
I’ve just had fillings done by Dr Lucian and I can honestly, hand on heart say that he is THE best dentist I’ve ever had. I’m terrified of needles but he and his team were wonderful. They made me feel so relaxed and I am so grateful that they made my experience a good one!
New Dentist was kind and considerate and very polite to his nurse. The nurse was very engaging and friendly. They both went the extra mile to refer my son for Orthodontic treatment.
This place has really gone downhill recently in terms of patient care. Struggle to get a solution from receptionists and had 3 appointments in a row cancelled recently. Pretty poor for when paying a premium for ‘private dentistry’
I had a good experience. Even though I went to have the wisdom tooth out and I was a bit anxious, both Kay and Lucian reassured me and made me feel safe and comfortable. They’ve explained the procedure and have been very patient with me.
