White House Dental Care

Best dentist I have been to. Reception staff always polite. The dentist is fantastic, always explains thoroughly my treatment and his nurse is lovely. Its a great atmosphere that puts me at ease straight away! Wouldn't go anywhere else, ever!

Very clean practice, who's staff are lovely. Very patient dentists, who put you at ease and calm you down, especially Reshmi, whos my dentist is so lovely and explains every step and understands that to some, dental practices can be daunting.

Please don’t not go here if you have something serious that needs sorting quickly. We were told that our case had been referred to the NHS in April 2023. We then rang in November to check how it was getting on and the NHS haven’t ever received the referral. So we were told because of this mistake, it would be expedited. We then rang the NHS hospital in Plymouth in January to find out that nothing had been expedited. So AGAIN, we rang White House to ask them to expedite it. We were told 110 percent it will be done today. This was on January the 21st. AGAIN IT WASN’T EXPEDITED. Now nearly a year on from our appointment at the dentist we have finally had the case expedited. This was due to the fact the INCREDIBLE lady at the Maxillo canter in Plymouth heard our story and took it upon herself to contact the dentist and hassle them until they sent the information through. She also told me that one of the reasons that nothing was done was because one of their dentist at at White House was fired. Apparently this caused lots of problem for White House. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED SURGERY QUICKLY. If it wasn’t for the lovely lady at the NHS maxillo clinic we would still be back at square one.

Have visited White House several times and seen Dr Aviss-Monroe. Everybody at the practise is so warm and friendly and put you at ease , and Dr Aviss-Monroe has taken several of my wisdom teeth quickly, proffesionally and kindly (yes, that's right!). Can't think of anywhere I'd rather go to have parts of my face removed.

Recently went their for treatment,had new dentures,fitted perfectly, brilliant service, very quick, staff brilliant

Amazing, friendly service. Was made at ease from the minute I walked in until I left! Would 100% recommend
