I have used this dental practice for almost 22 years and all I can say is they are amazing. Alan Cook and his assistant Karen are so caring with their patients, their attention to detail is simply the best. Zoe the hygienist is also one of the best I have ever been to so thorough and again great attention to detail and care. From the moment you walk through the door and greeted by Louise you feel like a valued client and safe in their care. I actually look forward to my visits as you know they have your best interests in their minds. An excellent Dental Practice where I have been a patient for many years. My dentist, Peter Petrov, is experienced, professional, kind and caring. Zoe Williams is my hygienist and she too provides an excellent service which contributes to my teeth remaining clean and healthy. Thank you to you both.

Alan Cook and his dental nurse were wonderful when my son and I saw them today. He talked me through everything he was doing which put me at such ease and the nurse was wonderful to my son whilst he was overtired and difficult. It was my first visit to the dentist in a VERY long time and they made me feel a lot less anxious and comforted.

A disappointing lack of adoption of modern-day technology. Annoyed when you call a business and get stuck in a call queue? Well, that’s not the case with Courtney House Dental Practice. Instead, the phone just disconnects, asking you to try again – somehow managing to make inbound calls even more frustrating by simply ignoring them. Want to book a follow-up appointment while you're standing at reception? Tough luck; their two locations don’t operate a shared electronic diary. You’ll have to keep calling until you get through. Some basic investment in technology, available for decades now, would certainly make interacting with this business less of a chore.

Absolutely first class treatment from Alan Cook. Always polite and professional. Explains everything before hand that he is going to do. Excellent sense of humour as well. Receptionist very helpful and will go out of her way to get you seen quickly.

Brilliant practice, always really helpful, Dr Fisher is brilliant and always puts me at ease as I'm very nervous of dental procedures, even check ups. Thorough and reliable, easy to get appointments, even emergency appointments or even call just for advice. Cant reccomend more highly.
