I had three crowns fitted at Butterfly Dental Practice, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. My dentist, Dr. Rakesh, was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. Everything was done perfectly – all three crowns fitted flawlessly on the first try, with no adjustments needed. The crowns were ready just one week after my first appointment, which was incredibly fast. The prices were also more than reasonable – around 30% lower than other clinics I contacted, without compromising on quality. Excellent service, outstanding workmanship, and great value for money. I highly recommend Butterfly Dental Practice and Dr. Rakesh to anyone looking for high-quality dental treatment.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you, for all the care I received at the Butterfly. Lovely staff on reception the whole place made me feel very relaxed from the moment I arrived. Dr Amr and his dental nurse so sorry, didn't catch her name gave me a lovely welcome which made me feel totally relaxed before examination. I needed a few fillings also had a sandblast . I have to say it was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist! Hardly any discomfort and certainly no pain . And I have to say I'm very pleased with the results . thank you so much again! The visit to the dentist isnt my favourite thing BUT all the staff here make you feel at ease, my treatment has been excellent. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and i would recommend it to anyone

I visited butterfly dental practice for the first time yesterday,wow wow wow they are such an amazing team..i found out more about my teeth there in 10mins than i have anywhere else in a life time.All staff so amazing and very thorough

I had an appointment for tooth reconstruction and scale+sandblasting. At my first visit I was told everything would be done next time. Today I was shocked – the same dentist (not Polish) never introduced herself, did the reconstruction but got annoyed when I said the filling felt uncomfortable. In the end She said she saw nothing wrong and didn’t have time to fix it as other patients were waiting. I asked about the rest of the treatment and was told to book another day, even though I took time off work for this. I refused to sign anything because I was in pain I didn’t have before. The dentist was rude and unhelpful. After speaking to the manager, another dentist fixed her work and now I feel fine. I think it was unprofessional and I shouldn’t pay full price for this "service". Mixed feelings about this clinic – it depends entirely on which dentist you get.

Had a hygiene clean, sandblast, and descale, along with two fillings. I have some difficulty keeping my jaw open for long periods, but vidya was very professional, polite, and patient. she made sure to give me breaks when needed. She was very attentive throughout, and the cleaning and fillings were done perfectly with no issues. I’m really happy with the results and will definitely be back. Thank you, great dentist!
