Been with this dental group since 1976. Still great service. Telephoned yesterday morning to request an extraction and they slotted me in at 3.30. Quick and easy. Lovely clean practice, staff pleasant. Never had any problem getting an appointment. Thank you.

I was a little hesitant about using the surgery as I was so underwhelmed by the exterior of the practice (skip outside for ongoing building work). But I have to say how impressed I was with the treatment my daughter has received. We usually have our treatment with my brother (dentist) but as he lives so far away and due to the covid situation we decided that we needed somewhere closer to home. Friendly receptionists and nurses and very professional gentle dentist. Will be signing the rest of the family up!

I am visiting Oswestry and my crown fell off. Thomas Dental kindly fitted me in at short notice. Dr Petar did an excellent job reattaching the crown: professionally, thoroughly and reasonably priced (for dental visits 😂). Thank you.

Excellent practice. The exterior is certainly underwhelming (though some refurb is underway now), but the ethos of the practise, from receptionists to dentists, is excellent, and the treatment I've had has been very good indeed - pain-free, thoughtful, and I particularly like that they don't rush to recommend expensive replacements and enhancements but seem more interested in extending the natural life of what you go in with!

I have always had good service from Mr Thomas, however since his retirement I have found the service woeful. I needed a tooth extraction and they insisted on a temporary filling, at a cost of £47.50, then, when that fell out after only 2 weeks, they then wanted to put another temporary filling in, as an emergency, this would cost £87ish, whilst I waited for another appointment to have the tooth extracted, costing more money. Do Not Waste Your Time Or Efforts with this practice as it has changed dramatically in my opinion, only seeking profit.

Friendly, extremely competent and reassuring dentist, quick checkup but lots of useful advice, well with a reasonable £36. Beyond simple masks for dentist and nurse, covid precautions thing of the past so do us all a favour and test before you go. And bring your own hand sanitizer because all theirs are empty and no apparent interest in refilling. They are taking on new private patients, NHS dentistry is a thing of the past.

If I could score 0 stars I would. Had to travel 26 miles to this 'emergency' dentist to be told after 5 minutes I need a tooth extracting, for the dentist not to do anything! Asking me to come back travel again as he didn't want to 'rush' the appointment!? I was there and paid for an emergency appointment! Expecting me to travel and pay even more! I paid £84 for them to do absolutely nothing! absolutely awful dentist!
