I had been suffering from severe tooth pain for the past 5 days and was really stressed because my final exam is only 5 days away. Thankfully, I managed to get an emergency appointment through the NHS. Both the staff and the dentist were very friendly and supportive. They performed a partial root canal treatment, which gave me immediate relief. Alhamdulillah, I’m feeling much better now and the pain is gone. A huge thank you to everyone at Ravat & Ray Dental Care as well as the NHS team for their excellent care and support.

We attended an urgent NHS appointment today for my sister and were very disappointed with the experience. The dentist came across as rushed from the start and she was quite abrupt throughout the appointment. We were hoping to get some advice and reassurance about the problem, but instead we felt like we were hurried out without any real explanation or guidance. We understand that urgent clinics can be busy, but there is no excuse for speaking to patients in a dismissive manner, especially when treating a child. We were simply told to see our regular dentist, without being given any helpful advice in the meantime. A little kindness and communication would have made a huge difference. Sadly, this was not the level of care or professionalism we expected.

I visited this place and had a very upsetting experience with a Dentist member called Mary. English is not my first language, and I felt that I was treated unfairly because of my difficulty speaking English. Mary was extremely rude and disrespectful. Her attitude towards me, made me feel uncomfortable, embarrassed, and discriminated against. All patients deserve to be treated with dignity and respect regardless of their language skills or background. I hope the clinic investigates this matter and takes appropriate action to ensure that other patients do not have a similar experience.

Outstanding service from start to finish. The standard of dental care is always excellent, but what makes this dentist exceptional is his ability to connect with patients. He took the time to understand my anxieties and made me feel comfortable and supported throughout. His clear instructions, reassuring manner, and great sense of humour made a real difference to my experience. A genuinely kind and personable professional — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Been going here for a few years now for me and my 2 kids. Always professional, accommodate times suitable for us as we’re working parents. Kids feel at ease when they go in for their check-ups. Staff are always friendly and talkative which is great. The dentists always take time to explain things and share best practice, answer questions rather than rushing you out. Defo recommend this place.

Although I had to wait a bit for my appointment, it was definitely worth it. The dentist was very caring, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Really happy with the care I received.
