After six days of constant pain and a previous emergency appointment elsewhere that left me without answers, I was understandably skeptical. However, Dr. Mo was fantastic. He took the time to truly listen, performed a thorough examination, and clearly explained both the diagnosis and his plan of action. He did a brilliant job of calming my nerves and managing my expectations. The procedure itself was a success—not only was my tooth saved, but I am finally pain-free. Dr. Mo also provided a clear follow-up plan to ensure the long-term health of the tooth. I couldn't have asked for better care.

I had an excellent experience at this dental practice and couldn’t be happier with the care I received. My very first appointment here and what a great experience . From entering the practice the receptionist was very welcoming and friendly. This continued when I went in to see the dentist (Fatima) and her lovely assistant (Louise) Fatima took her time to explain my treatment and was very patient answering lots of my questions. Louise was just great making sure I was ok and that I had everything. I wouldn’t normally write a review for a dentist but I had such a great experience with no stress just calm from start to finish.

Calm setting, welcoming staff. Dentist and Dental Nurse very attentive and thorough. Appointment was comfortable and reassuring. Shandana knows her stuff and explained everything really well. Glad I found this place as an NHS patient. 👍🏻

I recently had an appointment While I respect that clinics have schedules to keep, I feel there should be a small grace period for patients who arrive only a few minutes late. Being 2–3 minutes late can happen due to traffic, parking, or other small delays. It can be frustrating when a patient is not seen for being just a few minutes late, especially when sometimes patients also have to wait when the clinic runs behind schedule. A short grace period would make the experience feel more fair and understanding for patients. I hope the clinic considers allowing a few minutes of flexibility for situations like this, as it would

Katy is and always has been amazing. She goes above and beyond and always make me feel as comfortable as possible. I’ve hated the dentist all my life but I couldn’t recommend her enough.

I’ve been with this practice over 30 years, seen it change hands a number of times in the later part of those years. My first visit with Fatima was great. She was thorough and friendly. I have been a little put off in recent years with having many different dentists who have different ideas and different opinions on treatments required. I hope Fatima continues to practice here. I would recommend her.
