I have been a patient at Lady Bay Dental Care for many years now. The service and professionalism i have received is second to none and definitely warrants a 5 star review. From the moment i arrive for my appointment i am greeted by the friendly front of house team comprising of Stephanie, Hannah and Jules who make all the patients feel very welcome and most importantly at ease too. Sachin is the dentist i see and his approach is equally as friendly and welcoming. He takes the time to explain what work he is doing to your teeth and is also very happy to answer and questions i may have about my treatment. His professionalism and experience in dentistry are exceptional. I can honestly say i feel very lucky to be a patient of Lady Bay Dental Care and would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my family and friends. Many thanks

The most lovely person you could wish to meet and magnificent session making you feel relaxed and comfortable. Can’t recommend this practice too highly . I always have a positive experience at The Lady Bay Dental Practice. A pleasant greeting fom the receptionists and expert care from the dentists and hygienists. I was in the capable gentle hands of Annie and Helia today and my appointment ran smoothly. They always give helpful advice to keep teeth and gums in tip top condition. I had a favourable feedback today having followed Annie's instructions from my last appointment. Definite improvements. They give good advice and also listen to what we have to say too. I particularly appreciate how gentle Annie is having had brutal experiences in the past. Thanks to you all!

I used to feel very anxious about going to the dentist, but Lady Bay Dental Care has completely changed my experience. From the moment I walk in, the team is warm and reassuring. My Dentist, Sanjeet always takes time to explain everything clearly and during treatment she makes sure I am comfortable. I would like to thank you so much Sanjeet for all the beautiful care you have given to me. I would also like to thank the dental nurses as they are all equally caring. I had a tooth extraction which I was so worried about because the tooth was severely damaged. Vish did it so beautifully and I was actually surprised when he said it was all done. He was very gentle, reassuring and caring. Thank you Vish Thanks to their kindness and professionalism, I no longer dread dental appointments. I actually feel relaxed and confident in their care. I am very grateful and would highly recommend them to anyone who feels nervous about visiting dentists.

By far the best dental practice I've ever been to. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming. The practice's atmosphere is very relaxed while still feeling professional. There are floral decorations and subtle music playing which helps calm the nerves while waiting. The dentist, hygienist and nurses have all made my sessions very comfortable. No more pre-dentist anxiety!

After at least 15 years I decided to go and have a hygiene session with Annie. My last one involved a lot of scrapping and was quite uncomfortable. Annie was great. The treatment was painless and quick. My first words after treatment were "Wow" and "You are Magical". I had begun to be ashamed of my smile. I know, sounds stupid. Best decision this year. Sachin is a dental artiste. His work is so precise and immaculately carried out. I had 3 small filings to fill indents between my gum and teeth. You cannot tell it has been done. I am so pleased with the results. The staff are all so friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble.
