Had amazing care from Sheetal Rohilla and all the lovely staff. I had an unfortunate incident where I fell and cracked both my front teeth. They were kindly able to book in the following day and get everything sorted for me. Everyone made sure I received the best care and I am ever so grateful for their help. Thank you so much! I haven’t scared any little kids since.

Had a broken tooth to get removed, they explained how the roots were going to be difficult to remove and may be a hospital trip but he managed to do it in a matter of minutes. Probably the most friendly and real dentist I’ve ever met. Mohammed was his name and I’m always asking for him from now on. Only person I’ve ever trusted in my mouth. Great dentist!

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment I received from Andrew Brown in Norwich. I had a private root canal done there, and after continuing problems I recently went to the Siskin Centre and an NHS dentist for help. They examined the tooth and told me the root canal had not been completed properly. I’ve now been diagnosed with a very large abscess that appears to have been there for a long time. I’ve been put on antibiotics and told I will likely need specialist dental treatment to fix the damage, which could end up costing a significant amount privately. The dentist who saw me said they were very surprised I hadn’t developed more serious complications given the size of the infection. This whole experience has been extremely stressful and upsetting. I wish I had sought a second opinion much sooner. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment to do thorough research and seek another opinion if something doesn’t feel right.

Went to this dentist a long time ago for an emergency appointment, saw a young Spanish Dentist who had to give me a filling, with out asking me she put in a white filling which is a considerable amount more expensive, bragged that she could get the boss to buy her more expensive and better equipment. After finally getting in with an NHS dentist which is like gold dust, I was told that the problems I'm having with that same tooth is like a Butchers job, not covering where it's supposed to cover and having to have it all re-done. Wouldn't go back if I was paid too.

Not NHS its private. Thank you for your message. However, you are listed on the NHS website as an NHS dentist, not a private one. This is misleading, my son cried all weekend because we couldn’t get proper NHS care after trusting that listing. Please remove or update your address on the NHS website to avoid wasting other patients time in the future.

Really lovely people I was early and they had me in straight away the dentist Reza was really nice made lots of conversation and explained the procedure. The nurse Ruby was very welcoming and also made good conversation too lovely and bubbly. I had a tooth extracted and I had slightly dreaded it hearing stories from friends and family, the injection to numb was surprisingly painless not as bad as I expected and very quickly the tooth was out, completely painless quick and hassle free the price was a lot better than I expected too! Really good experience from all staff including the receptionist unfortunately I didn’t get her name I’ll definitely go back in future! Thank you all! Xxx

We are a relatively new customer to the practice and we have been so impressed with everything we have seen so far. Unlike our previous dentist we are not at all rush during our appointments, Dr Mas has been exceptional. My husband has now had additional treatment a few times and has been very pleased. Dr Mas is taking time to built up our toddlers confidence with being in the dental environment and I am so pleased as the last thing we wanted was for her to be scared of going. Since moving to the practice my parents have done the same and they to are very impressed with the service.
