From the moment I arrived, all of the staff were welcoming and friendly. Rachel is a true professional, and she and the team immediately put me at ease. I was treated with the utmost care and professionalism throughout my appointment. The procedure itself was completely pain-free, and I experienced no discomfort afterwards. Rachel's friendly banter and sense of humour helped keep the atmosphere relaxed, making what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Rachel and the whole team.

Delip Desai is the best dentist I have known - skillful, careful and caring, always reassuring and cheerful. Highly recommended. Staff and Rachel the hygienist are excellent and friendly. My problem is the building. I am disabled and they willingly book me a downstairs room. Yesterday, with increased muscle weakness, I was unable to get up the 2 steps at the entrance. Without fuss a ramp was borrowed from next door, and Delip gave up his lunch break to help me and my rollator back down the steps after treatment. Further gold stars! I am aware that a permanent ramp cannot be installed in a listed building, but I cannot understand why the practice cannot have its own, easily available, ramp. We pay a great deal for treatment and there must be many others who would benefit from it.

Had treatment done by James who immediately put me at ease and explained what exactly I needed and how it was be done. The difference my composite bonding has made is fantastic and I love the look of my teeth now. If I’ve had any need for an additional appointment I’ve been able to get booked in either same day or same week with James, he even started work an hour earlier just to get me in when I had a slight problem with one of my teeth. I would recommend this practice and especially James for any work you may need.

Fantastic Dental Practise. I have been with the same dentist for over 25 years. The care and expertise shown is amazing. Always pleasant reception staff. The dentist surgery is always spotless and clean. With a comfortable waiting room and relaxing music playing. The dental work is Excellant, I would highly recommend anyone to join this practise. I would never go anywhere else. As myself and my family have complete trust in our dentist.

Practice fitted me in for emergency appointment and even 'tweaked' time to suit me. All staff extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding service.

The front staff , (receptionist) was unfriendly and unhelpful, and not easy to deal with , prior to my attendance they changed my appointment 4 times and did not explain my treatment plan. The clinicians and dentistry staff are really good, but front of house, reception is poor.

I have been with 23 Cosmetic Dental for over 10 years and have never had a problem. David is a brilliant dentist
