Matt Thorpe is the kindest and most skilful dentist I have ever received treatment from. He’s so gentle and always works hard to put me at ease and to talk about the way forward. He is supported by wonderfully kind nurses. It’s a world class service that I would recommend whole heartedly .

I have been with Bupa dental care Morpeth for three years after knocking out my two front teeth! The kindness and consideration as well as clear explanations have been exceptional. I have been really impressed by the skill and professionalism of both dentists I have seen. A special mention for Jess, a dental assistant superb, and, the very capable and caring reception staff.

I can’t thank Dr Thorpe enough for the exceptional care he provided to my mother. He responded promptly and treated her with such professionalism, kindness, and compassion. His thoughtful approach went above and beyond our expectations, and thanks to his help, my mother is now feeling much better and more comfortable. We’re deeply grateful and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone seeking a dedicated and compassionate doctor.

I’ve been coming to BUPA for over a year now and every visit is just as pleasant as the last. The receptionists are always friendly and go out of their way to help. Joao is probably the best dentist I’ve had, his work is amazing!

Friendly and professional Emma went above and beyond to help me get booked in for my dentist appointment and hygienist visit. She provided a very friendly and professional service.

Recently had an implant removed, which has led to another implant being damaged. I have requested the x-rays to be sent to me, but after a week I,ve still had no response. The clinic has now offered me as a gesture of good will, a reduced cost to remove the other implant post, which was absolutely fine before the removal of the adjacent implant. I have declined their insulting offer and will seek further legal advice, plus discussions with the clinics manager.

Amazing service! Managed to get a same day appointment to fix a damaged tooth/filling. Lovely and friendly staff - special thanks to the receptionists who put me at ease and were so friendly!
