Northdown Dental Practice

Don't bother with this dental practice, just as bad as Dover one. Registered in March called today for emergency appointment and was told im not registered so cannot get an appointment. I even got a text message from them in March to say im registered now!!

I called this clinic, just to retrieve a phone number to a surgical dental clinic, which I have be advised to attend. I called 1 hour and 39 minutes ago and am still on hold at number 1 which I have been since 50 minutes ago. Now I see they went to lunch leaving me on hold 35 minutes ago. It is true, the dentist are great. the Reception/ phone care is atrocious. This is not the first time I have been on hold with them for lengthy times. Usually I just give up. I will be contacting the practice management and in the meantime. I will remain on hold until they decide to answer. Their lunch should be over in 20 minutes. I started my call at 5 and within a few minutes was 3. a long time on 3 a quick shift from 2 to 1. now nearly an hour at one and they are not there.

Updated One of the few dentists with availability. Some areas look a bit past their best. Still, good dentists and helpful staff. Just don't waste your time trying to phone, as it could be a long wait

Always been scared of the dentist bad experience when young. Had to go chose this dentist was scared but they made me feel very relaxed lovely staff. Nurses and reception made me feel at ease no fears now.

Grief in the morning. Broken tooth. Got through once then got hung up on. Then took me 17 mins to get through all to be told they've just given their last space for an emergency appointment. Then to follow that conversation on the receptionist said to call back Monday and hung up on me. Half a star

I have been no 1 in the queue for the last 20mins . Phone message says all receptionists are busy ..If you want to leave a message press 1 … I have not transferred to leave a message and still been kept on 2 I am still on the same call repeating the messages over and over again ( I am no 1 in the queue) stay on the line for someone to answer or press I to leave a message it is nearly 40 mins on the line now waiting for someone to answer … My teeth could have fallen out by now !!!!

Been waiting since June had X-ray on them to be told to come back in July but now got to wait till August as they cancelled for my treatment for my teeth in pain can’t eat properly weight loss and can’t sleep I am a disabled woman in a wheelchair they don’t care want do I do
