My daughter has anxiety, and is very nervous of visiting the dentist! The dentist she saw today was absolutely lovely, she had a very calm nature which put my daughter at ease. She explained everything that was happening. Very very pleased with this appointment today. We hope to see the same dentist next time. Thank you to Zarah Eskandarian. Fabulous dentist

What can i say, nothing negative at all. If you are like me and have real fear of the dentist, then this is the place for you. From the receptionists to the dental nurses, to the dentists themselves, they are all awesome. Alex has helped me get over my fear, and throughout the extensive work I have had done has been patient and understanding. I will not hesitate to come back in the future, which im sure i will need to. If i could give 10 out of 5 stars i would. Thank you so much, all of you!!

Not great, never managed to see the same dentist twice. Payment taken prior to the appointment which was then rescheduled by the practice for a reason not specified. Arrived slightly late for the rearranged appointment , waited a further 8 minutes at reception to check in to then be told I would not be seen. Was then given a refund which could take a further 10 days. If you want a practice with a smile and welcome, find somewhere else.

We have been seeing Catriona for about 2 years now and she is amazing. She is always calm and gentle. My daughter was quite anxious about having a filling but Catriona was great with her. My daughter didn’t feel anything apart from the needle ( but even that wasn’t too bad). Please don’t leave Catriona, you are the best dentist we have ever had…

I enrolled my child as a private patient due to her having some discomfort with her teeth. The dentist (Alex) suggested an extraction and did not wait for the area to become numb before ripping her tooth out. I now have a traumatised child who is terrified of going to the dentist. Would not recommend.

Telephone staff rude and abrupt, or at least the one I had the displeasure of speaking to. That was enough to make me book my services elsewhere. First impressions will always be important, if you cannot even provide a good one of those then I would not bother. Plenty of reputable dentists in the Mansfield area to choose from anyway, without a nasty attitude.

Had our first appointment today with a different dentist Zahra Eskandarian. We were very pleased with our appointment and have asked to rebook with her in 6 months time. Lovely service and she also made my daughter very happy at our appointment today thank you
