Mansfield Dental Practice

I’ve been at this dentist for over 10 years and I have always had a great experience. Today I met the new hygienist Georgia and her assistant Gabby, who were both so welcoming and friendly. I can’t express how knowledgeable Georgia is, as she gave me so much advice on how I can improve my oral health and I really felt like she was listening to me and wanting to help, thank you so much for going above and beyond! 🙂

I actually love this dental practice as they are all friendly and have a calm manner towards patience and to each other. I removed my children from the dentist in Warsop and registered them at this dentist instead. They are brilliant with both of my autistic children and one of mine are non verbal. They are very patient with him and show they have an understanding of his needs he is 7. They also are great with my toddler. Honestly I wish I had never changed from these 16years ago to go to the warsop dentist.

Absolutely brilliant experience today. I needed a deep clean which I hate but Anita and the lovely dental nurse were fantastic and so patient with me. They did everything they could to calm my fears and made it a much more positive experience. Can't recommend enough!

Clair Oliver,has been my hygienist for a short while.but she has been lovely and reassuring.im sad that she is leaving my practice.but I hope her replacement will be just as friendly. It puts you at ease.

I am absolutely shocked and disgusted by the way my husband has been treated by this practice after spending well over £3,000 on treatments with them. You would expect a loyal patient to be treated with honesty and respect, but instead he was treated like nothing more than a way to make more money. He attended for a simple hygiene appointment and was told on arrival that it had effectively been cancelled because they had decided he would need a longer — and of course more expensive — appointment, despite nobody even examining his teeth first. How can they possibly make that judgement without even seeing the patient? The whole situation felt completely money-focused and incredibly unprofessional. The lack of care, communication, and respect shown was shocking. We are extremely disappointed and will definitely not be returning after the way he has been treated.

The whole experience was pain free got my tooth out today thanks and Anita and her team mate who reassured me throughout the process. Anita you are a star after two months of painful toothache and dental visits only tried mansfield dental practice once and had no issues.
