Dentistry Mansfield on Bath Lane is an absolute joke. I’ve never in my life been made to feel so stupid by a dentist. I paid £27.90 for an NHS check-up, which clearly states a scale and polish when clinically necessary, yet I was made to feel like I was asking for something ridiculous. I was only asking for what is stated is included. He told me I wasn’t allowed a polish only a scale but if needed I would need to come back another time. What annoyed me most was that the dentist seemed more interested in going for his dinner than finishing my appointment properly. Let alone I was only in there for 5 minutes. The sign on the door said lunch was at 1:30pm, but at 1:01pm I was already being rushed through. If lunch starts at 1:30pm, why should patients feel like an inconvenience half an hour before? The girls on reception could clearly see the point I was making, but looked too uncomfortable to say anything. The whole place feels like a money-making machine rather than a practice that genuinely cares about patients. I’ve never left a dental appointment feeling so dismissed, embarrassed and frustrated.

Been coming here for years. Always been fine with dentist visits until today… I was faced with the prospect of my first ever molar extraction. Big tooth. To say I was terrified is an understatement. My usual dentist, the lovely Kedar, put my mind at ease, and successfully, and completely painlessly, removed the tooth with the greatest of ease. My brain-crushing toothache has gone completely. I’m sat here with no issues at all. I am blown away at how competent and how lovely all the staff are at this practice. All my family go here - we all get the best service and experience from either Dolly, Kedar, and the supporting staff. Thanks SO much today. You have made such a difference. Tonight I’ll sleep well.

Wow this dentist is great! I booked an appointment and got seen two hours later with Dolly she’s calm and talks you along the way I had a root canal she is very kind and gentle with I’m very impressed with her.

Having a really great dental experience with Dolly. I've never had and good experiences with dentists until I found this dentist. I can't recommend it more.

Went to go see Dolly after being let down by my current dentist time and time again. Decided to go for extraction instead of root canal and when I walked in I burst out crying out of fear. Dolly and her nurse was absolutely amazing, really made me feel better about having the tooth out. No pain whatsoever and was amazed at the molar having 4 huge roots - still got it out within 5 minutes and I didn't feel a thing!! 10/10 guys, I'm so thankful I have found a dentist with so much compassion and a supportive attitude. Thankyou so much
