Honestly one of the smoothest experiences I’ve had at a dental clinic. Walked into The Dental Team for my hygienist appointment and there was literally no waiting around. Khola at reception greeted me straight away, took my details, found my booking instantly and everything just felt easy and professional from the start. Then I met Dr. Manal and before even starting the treatment she actually spoke to me properly, made me feel comfortable and understood my concerns instead of rushing through everything. She gave me loads of useful advice about my dental hygiene and explained things in a way that actually made sense. The treatment itself was quick, smooth and way less stressful than I expected. What really stood out to me was how much they genuinely care about their work and patients. You can tell they take their ethics and standards seriously. Also the little goodie bag and floss at the end was such a sweet touch honestly 😭 I’ve not really had a proper dentist in this city before, but now I already know where I’m coming back in 6 months. If anyone’s reading this and thinking twice, genuinely just go. My review should say enough.

Sunena The receptionist was attentive and personable when I visited on 20/02/26. Which is what you would expect from a good receptionist. Lovely. Just the approach I needed as I find visiting the dentist nerve racking. On to Dr Areej and Nurse Khola. As I mentioned I am a classic nervous patient. I have to say the two Dentistry Nurses were very kind. I'm surprised I didnt fracture the nurses hand as I held it so tight. I really appreciated the kindness, and patience Areej showed whilst carrying out my procedure. The nurses were both brilliant. Thank You. .

I've just had a 2nd appointment with Marcus and Khola the dental nurse. This man is a genius at fillings, totally pain free, they make sure that you are completely comfortable and you don't even feel his injections. They make a great team and I won't hesitate if I have to go back. Thank you both.

I was really nervous at my dental appointment today. The girls were great, they made the experience easy. Simian, Monal and Amiee were really great with me. I even managed my filling without anesthetic. I would definitely recommend the Dental team.

I'm currently undergoing treatment for an implant. Taylor & Sunena on the front desk always welcome you with a smile, provide me with detailed explanation on any concerns l have have. Grace has ensured I feel comfortable while in the treatment chair assisting with keeping my mouth clear. Very friendly staff.

From the moment you walk in, she greets you with such warmth and genuine kindness that instantly puts you at ease. Her professionalism is outstanding, and she manages everything so smoothly, even when it’s busy. Lauren goes above and beyond to make every patient feel valued and cared for. Whether it’s helping with appointments, answering questions, or simply offering a reassuring smile, she makes the entire experience stress-free and welcoming. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated, organised, and compassionate in their role. She is an absolute credit to the team, and honestly one of the main reasons I feel so comfortable coming to this practice. I have just finished treatment for a front tooth dental implant which has taken about 6 months to complete . Throughout this process I have to say there had been no issues and all done as explained in the consultation . Everything has gone well and really happy with the results. I would like to say Thank you to Persheng for doing a great job through surgery and fitting. Thank you to Chelsea with the assistance given and the Amie for sorting out all the plans and putting it in place . Thank you again Dental Team .
