Visited the hygienist, had not been for a while. Had a really good experience. Sarah and Megan kept me at ease. My only criticism about my visit and this is not directed at any individual, I had booked my appointment a couple of months prior, was quoted a price and was required to pay a deposit of £30 which I was happy to do. This left a balance of £25. Due to increases made after I was quoted and paid my deposit I was charged £29. I queried this but was basically told the price had gone up. I think if you have been quoted a price and a deposit paid that price should be honoured. Just something to keep in mind. I know it was only £4 but it was more about the principal.

My hygienist appointment with Sarah was very thorough. Sarah took her time, and explained what the issues were and the treatment that was going to be carried out. The best scale and polish that I can ever remember having. Thank you 😁.

I attended an emergency appointment due to severe wisdom tooth pain. The receptionist and dental assistant were both kind, patient, and reassuring, which I really appreciated during what was already a stressful situation. Unfortunately, my experience with the dentist was the complete opposite. I felt rushed throughout the appointment, as though the priority was to move on to the next patient as quickly as possible rather than properly address my concerns. During the procedure, a different tooth (not the problematic wisdom tooth) was cracked in half, leaving me with half a tooth and significantly more pain than I arrived with. The extraction itself was extremely distressing. The anaesthetic did not seem to be effective—whether due to dosage or placement—and I experienced intense pain during the procedure. When I tried to communicate this, I was told it was "all in my mind," which was both dismissive and upsetting. By the end of the appointment, I was left in tears, shaking, and feeling completely traumatised. The dentist’s manner was cold and lacking empathy, which only made an already painful experience much worse. I would strongly urge greater care, communication, and compassion in patient treatment, especially in emergency situations where patients are already vulnerable

Amazing people, 5 stars are not enough. Dr Balraj Sekhon is an amazing dentist and despite me being delirious due to the incredible pain I experienced for more than 19 hours until Emergency could find me an appointment and asking him questions after question, he managed to treat me and to show incredible patience and empathy. All the staff were talking nice and friendly. I simply don't have enough words to express my gratitude. Thank you very much to all of you!

I’m a first time patient, and was greeted at reception with a friendly and polite service. Doctor Vab Was absolutely great. I would absolutely recommend this dental surgery.

I had an appointment today at 2:40 at this dentist and the lady that did my treatment made me feel very relaxed and calm and reassured me the whole time. I am very scared of the dentist and she has gaven me the best experience and made me feel so comfortable. It’s a shame I didn’t get her name but she was amazing!
