Cookham Dental Practice - Maidenhead

Unprofessional and uncaring dentist. Was treated second class as I can’t afford to go private. The dentist actually caused the acute pain and when I returned for remedial work, was told to wait outside the the dentist for my appointment. After waiting an hour was told sorry but they had forgotten me and I would have to come another day! Receptionist seems to entertain herself by being difficult. You have been warned!

Dreadful experience on more than one occasion at this practice. Level of care and knowledge in particular, is very poor. You get a sense they just want you out as quick as possible. These are not dentists with patient care as their focus. So many people have said the same and have left the practice. No wonder reviews and ratings are low.

I'm completely disappointed !!! I actually recommend this dentist to everyone!! Well not anymore!! I was 10 mins late for a group appointment not 40min as ive been told on the phone when i asked for an appointment and was told ive been de registered as I missed 4 appointment in a year !!! We have been in lock down for 18months on and off and not only that was probably seen 6 months before that !!! If I was a private patient I bet I'd still be "registered" absolute joke !!!!

Sorry words fail me , totally unprofessional reception staff . Don’t waste your time or money

Care is acceptable, but admin is shocking! Automated text yesterday saying turn up as normal for appointment, only to arrive to be told 'that dentist isn't in today, you should have received a phone call'. No phone call received hence me turning up, only option to re-book in a month!

Excellent service from both the dentist & hygienist. Good covid safety precautions.
