Station Road Dental Practice

Bhargavi Gali was absolutely fantastic with my hygienist clean. Friendly, welcoming and put me right at ease, checking in to see if I was okay. There was no fear at all in her care. I highly recommend her. The whole dentist as a whole is wonderful and have always wanted to join, to my joy of coming off the waiting list and receiving the best treatment. Couldn't be more happy. Thank you so much.

I would give 1 dentist here 4 stars, my daughter has received a good quality of treatment and care. On the other hand 2 dentists I have received treatment from has been woeful. However, 3 stars are removed for the lack of overall care by the practice, together with a complete lack of transparency and often misleading information given in relation to payments required for NHS treatment, given out by the reception and management team at SRDP. As a patient you need to know what you are being charged for and if that payment is actually due, as information shared between colleagues at the practice is often misunderstood and false charges can be given. Not a trust worthy dental practice, particularly for vulnerable patients.

Very nice services but quite unprofessional. They increase prices and do some treatments you never asked for. They say this 'famous quote: you must do it'. At the end, without realising what happened, you have to pay high amount of price that you never paid before. We never received any calls or emails regarding this sudden change. My advice for everybody: make sure you have all the information before accepting anything even during the check up: 'very easy to manipulate us when we are vulnerable'.

I have taken my otherwise fearful of the dentist adolescent children to this dental practice and was impressed on how skilful Dr Zoha was in helping them cope with their nerves while doing a first class dental job. It was the end of a working day and yet she stayed to deal with an emergency abscess. It was truly amazing to see such care and dedication. For this we are extremely grateful and would recommend this dental practice to our family and friends.

Have seen 2 lovely dentists here since Tooth Club took over. Today I had an emergency and Dr Jessa was so kind, understanding and gentle- she was amazing. The practice also went out of their way to accommodate me. Dr Aniruddh is also very gentle and skillful and my children and happy to see him. Thank you.

I take my 2 year old daughter to see Dr Zaynah Waseem and she is absolutely brilliant with her, so kind and patient! The dental nurses and male receptionist are also very polite and friendly. Highly recommend!

This practice is unprofessional and I would recommend going elsewhere. I had been a patient at Station Road for many years. Ever since the Toothclub took over this practice, it has gone downhill fast. The award is still on their website as theirs although it has nothing to do with the current practice! The practice was taken over and all staff including dentists, management, mouth hygienists and reception staff are new. It is unethical to advertise you received an award for something that you have nothing to do with. There’s a high staff turnover and the advice that was given to me was wrong. Treatment plans were wrong, the mouth hygienists unprofessional. My child almost received treatment (treatment she didn’t need, confirmed after a second option at another practice) without my consent (I was sitting in the room!) which she shouldn’t have been given due to medical reasons they knew about and they should always ask consent to an appropriate adult first anyway. Another time my child was told she could have sweets after brushing her teeth in the evening as long as she brushed them again. My tongue was cut by the mouth hygienist (that was a first) and I couldn’t eat properly for a few days. Just to name a few examples. Safe to say I ran and found another dentist that has the quality I am used to. If you care about your teeth and gum health please go somewhere else.
