Today I visited the clinic for a Hygiene appointment, this was my first time with this clinic and the experience was lovely. Very friendly receptionist and very clean clinic. Dr Rana was very friendly, asked questions to know more about me, and made the appointment very chilled and comfortable. I have always had fear of going to the dentist but Dr Rana completely removed that fear. I also noticed their tools/drills did not sound as high pitched or aggressive as previous dentist clinics I have visited

I honestly can’t thank Forest Dental enough for the care and kindness they showed me throughout my Invisalign journey. From the very first appointment, Dr Mehta, the dental nurses and Christine on reception were so warm, friendly and reassuring that I immediately felt at ease. Dr Mehta took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. At every appointment I felt supported and felt like he genuinely cared about how I was feeling and how my treatment was progressing. The Forest Dental Practice in Loughton was recommended to me and I would pass on that recommendation without hesitation. I have a not altogether irrational fear of dentistry having had a bad experience in the past, but the whole team at this practice work together to establish a calm and understanding atmosphere. From my very first visit I gained confidence from knowing that the intention was to find the best possible solution for me, and that that solution would be achieved with a high level of professional skill. I opted for sedation for the extraction of two teeth and then a dental plate was fitted immediately. The shape, size, etc. of that plate had been determined over a few weeks previously, and the caring attention to detail coupled with superb engineering skill resulted in exactly what was required. At all times the process was explained clearly, and also the expected consequences. Always professional, always caring, always empathetic. Thank you all.

As someone who has always been extremely anxious and nervous about dental visits, I was dreading my first appointment. I was embarrassed with how long it had been since my last teeth clean. However, Dr Rana IMMEDIATELY put me at ease from my first consultation with her all the way back in 2018. Calm, professional and thorough, I will always recommend Forest Dental to anyone who needs a dentist. She takes the time to explain what is happening, why it's happening and what her professional recommendation is for treatment. 7 years later, I can't imagine going to any other dentist and trusting them with my teeth and I'm already dreading when Dr Rana does eventually retire.
