Tooth Club - Loughton High Road

had bonding done at the Loughton branch of Tooth Club in February, and I’m extremely disappointed with the result. The bonding was applied very thickly and unevenly from the start, which already made the quality questionable. To make matters worse, only 3 months later it chipped. When I called to book an appointment to resolve the issue, instead of focusing on the problem, the first thing I was offered was a membership plan. Considering the poor quality of the work and how quickly it failed, I expected much better customer care and accountability. Overall, very disappointing experience both with the treatment itself and the aftercare.

I recently came in for my composite bonding and I’m extremely happy with the process from start to finish. Lauren did my consultation and she was fantastic, answered all the questions I had and made me feel at ease. Dr Vim carried out my treatment and again it was fantastic from start to finish. Made me feel happy and relaxed and tailored it exactly to how I wanted them! Would definitely recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about Tooth Club. From the moment I walked in, I felt genuinely cared for. The receptionist was so kind and welcoming. The dentist, Dr Vimaal, was professional, kind, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I really appreciated how attentive and perfectionist they were with the composite bonding done, absolutely loved the result! it honestly made the whole experience far more comfortable than I ever expected a dental visit to be. If you’re looking for an amazing dental clinic, this is the place. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Loughton Tooth Club for composite bonding, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience from start to finish. The process began with my consultation with Miriam, then collecting my whitening kit 2 weeks prior to the procedure. The team was incredibly professional, taking the time to explain how to use the kit effectively. They were patient and informative, ensuring I was comfortable with the instructions. The whitening trays fit perfectly, and I saw noticeable results after just a few days of use, which gave me a great boost in confidence before moving on to the bonding. Once I finished the whitening, I returned for the composite bonding procedure. My dentist was amazing (Vim) thorough, attentive, and approachable. After the procedure I received aftercare instructions and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Advertise free consultation but charged me £200 all together. Needed a filling, they couldn’t (or didn’t want to) do it, so they advised to do a root canal or extract. Went to another dentist a week later who did the filling and said the tooth and nerve was healthy. Almost lost a tooth due to their poor advice. If you need dental work, I’d stay away. As they mentioned to me while I was there, they are a cosmetic dentistry brand. Edit after companies response: I would not reply but the facts in the response are false and painting a false image of what happened. No follow up was discussed or booked. No money was returned as claimed. There was no need for any aligners, this wasn’t even something that was discussed, the tooth was not decayed, as the next dentist was able to do the simple filling the week after. I had a bad experience, but the lies in the reply further solidifies the type of establishment it is.

Wouldn't recommend had an appointment for 1pm after waiting 30 minutes I asked how long till i was seen and was told he had someone in the chair so id have to wait I ended up waiting 1 hour ten minutes and 0 communication from them as to why they were running late or any apology. Reception girls were ringing round leads and making jokes about people in loughton will always fall for a deal then we get our commission. Was due a follow up and after care but no staff around dentist just took money. Im still waiting for aftercare and follow up apt. Not happy at all. Reached out and called and told someone will get back to me. Avoid!

I couldn’t recommend Sepideh enough - she’s not only incredibly skilled but also so gentle and caring in her approach. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely at ease, explaining every step clearly and ensuring I was comfortable throughout. Her attention to detail and genuine care for her patients truly stand out. The results of my treatment were fantastic - far beyond my expectations - and it’s clear she takes real pride in her work. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does and genuinely wants the best for her patients. If you’re looking for a dentist who combines professionalism, warmth, and amazing results, Sepideh is the one. I wouldn’t trust my smile with anyone else! 💎🦷
