I have always had brilliant service and dentistry form this surgery and in particular Roxana Adina Calin my dentist. Reception Staff are always attentive, caring and ready to help at all times, which really does help if you are worried and anxious. Roxanna is a brilliant dentist, professional, knowledgeable and always ready and able to fully explain and discuss the best possible treatments. Very reassuring I am glad that this is 'My Dentist' and can't recommend them highly enough.

I have had an excellent experience at this dental practice. Lisa, the receptionist, is incredibly friendly, warm, and helpful as well as knowledgeable and reassuring — she put me completely at ease from the moment I arrived. A genuine 10 out of 10. My dentist, Salome, has given me real confidence in my treatment. I trust her 100% to guide me toward the right treatment for me, she is extremely professional, communicates well with myself and her dental Nurse, manages the time I’m there efficiently whilst taking a moment throughout the procedure to check I’m O.K, genuinely 10/10 Laura, the dental nurse, is welcoming, friendly and efficient, and she and Salome work extremely well together as a team, again 10/10. Overall, this was a 10 out of 10 service. I left today feeling happy, reassured, and confident about my next appointment later this week. Highly recommended

Our dentist is Salome Vieira she is excellent took my back tooth out without a problem after me hearing horror stories of what other people went through. She made the experience easy. Such a good dentist.

I had an infected tooth. The surgery arranged an emergency appointment the same day, when Dr.Salome Vieira extracted the tooth. Dr.Vieira explained the procedure clearly. She ensured the extraction was swift and pain free. Absolutely excellent and professional service from Salome and the whole team.

I telephoned this dentist for an appointment and was asked to pay £50 via card over the phone which I did , I attended my appointment was seen by a dentist for no more than 5 minutes did not even sit in the chair ,did not even look in my mouth at all all he did was lift my lip up and completed his treatment plan from that ! I then received a call from them stating that I still owed them £14 and demanded payment right then over the phone or I would be getting sent a debt letter,I have since attended another dentist cost £25 consultation but I had a complete examination and options given to me .I am annoyed I could not give less than one star to My Dentist as the way I was treated and spoke to threatening me with debt letter after I had paid the amount they requested was absolutely disgraceful. I would never recommend this dentist to anyone.

Shout out for ‘MyDentist’ at Waterloo… Salome has been my dentist there for many years now and I’ve always received the very best of care. I would recommend both Salome and ‘MyDentist’ to anyone!

Can't fault this dentist. I have had to ring twice for an urgent appointment and each time had one within a few days. Adina is very reassuring and gives you good advice. Have been at this dentist for many years and wouldn't go anywhere else.
