Jones & Raw Dental Practice - Liverpool

Have been here a few years now and they are very good. Michelle has always been is such an asset to the surgery with her warm friendly greeting and is very helpful, always makes me feel at ease when she is there. The rest of the staff are helpful and welcoming. New dentist I forget her name is very thorough and did a good job on sorting out the problem I had.

Had a check up appointment today with Dr White. Its the first time ive been to a dentist in years due to being really nervous and i was quite anxious on the day. Upon arriving all the receptionists are lovely and welcoming. The interior is very modern and clean. Dr White was lovely, non judgemental and really imformative and explained everything thoroughly. Being someone with dental phobia i can honestly say i felt really calm throughout the whole experience and feel a lot less anxious about going back. Thank you!

Excellent service as always. I go regularly for my check-ups and scale and polish, and the care is always thorough and professional. The staff are friendly, reassuring, and make you feel completely comfortable and at ease.

Receptionists, Catherine and her assistants are very kind and informative. Nothing is ever too much hassle and it’s all ran very smoothly! Best dentists I’ve been to. Highly recommend.

I’ve always been really scared of going to the dentist, but Dr Conway has made that fear go down a lot. She’s super kind and professional, really gentle, and explains everything step by step. The staff are all lovely too, and the place is really clean and organised. I’m honestly so glad I found such a great dentist and clinic, makes the whole experience so much easier

Since changing over to Jones & Raw I've been more than happy with the whole service I've received. Catherine is very informative and detailed in how she explains what's happening and my daughter feels very at ease with her and her fantastic team. All the staff are polite and courteous also. Catherine is the most incredible dentist ever. She’s so kind, patient, calming. She explains everything and always makes sure you’re comfortable. I wish all dentists were as lovely as her The staff on reception are awesome and deserve a medal.
