Granville Dental & Implant Clinic

I have been with Granville for over 30 years and have nothing but praise for the lovely, hard-working people there. From the receptionists to the dentists and their dental assistants, everyone is so polite and professional. My dentist - Janki - is really knowledgeable and patient; nothing is too much trouble and I never feel rushed when talking through treatment. Yes, you pay a premium, but their prices are competitive and the setting, dental experience and service are second-to-none. Emergency appointments are scheduled quickly with follow-up when needed; they really do care about your wellbeing. And if something requires a specialist from another practice, they will be upfront and honest with you and make a referral according to how urgent treatment is required. I always used to dread going to the dentist (and enduring x-rays in particular) but those days are long gone thanks to the team at Granville!

I cannot thank Dr. Emaan enough; she was truly amazing and gentle, very professional. As a nervous patient, I would recommend this dentist to anyone. The receptionists are amazing too.

I have been a patient of this practice for more than 40 years. I feel the service level during the last 12 months has gone down. There is no transparency, explanation or breakdown of when some treatment fees have been increased or a deposit payment has been taken or cancellation charges. It would be helpful to have this on a board at reception. This is available on the website but when you are presented with a bill at reception you don't have time to go and check on the website.

Having had some terrible experiences with other dentists I reluctantly booked at this practice as I desperately needed antibiotics. Everyone was so polite and professional, everything was clearly explained. For once I was not being pushed to have a treatment I didn’t need! I will definitely be using this dentist again and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much for the much needed support from reception to dentist.kindness always wins and shines through!
