Absolutely fabulous practice. The dentists and staff are so friendly and really make you feel at ease and secure in the treatment that you are receiving. I was really pleased with the way that they talked me and my daughter through each st of their treatment so that we both understood what was happening and why it was needed. They say never work with children, but they buck the trend, with their patience. Their after care was excellent as well, all round fantastic service that I would highly recommend!

Dr Ward and his team are phenomenal! I have terrible dental phobia, but their patience and kindness with every visit means so much. Today was a particularly tough one (for all of us), but Dr Ward, and his assistant (who's name I have now forgotten - so sorry!), were so reassuring the whole time, and for that I am more than grateful. I can't thank them enough. I've had to go several times in the last few months, and have left with reduced fear each time! Thank you so much!

Yet another visit there yesterday and yet again great service. ANDAM ALI dealt with my tooth any may I say in a very professional manner happy friendly service and staff, CARRY ON THE GOOD WORK…

Visited at the beginning of the year with my daughter, the dentist she was booked in to see was amazing, so patient, calm and reassuring, all I could ask for and more as I personally hate the dentist and don't want the same for my daughter. Only reason I won't give 5 stars is because the receptionist was rude in a way that was completely unnecessary.

I know Guy as I’m also a dental professional. I trust him completely to look after my little boy’s dental health . Guy has the winning combination of fantastic dental knowledge, combined with a gentle calming approach ,not only for the child but for the parent also . Guy makes the whole procedure of visiting the dentist a very pleasurable one . I’d highly recommend!!

AVOID WITH ALL COST!! We just moved in the area so I went with my 1year old to try and get us registered. The door was locked but the receptionist have seen us but didn't come to the door, I waited for a few minutes thinking she must be busy and then another 2 staff members came into the reception area and have seen us but nobody bothered to come to the door. I decided to knock after like 10 minutes and the receptionist rolled her eyes and came to the door,not a hello nor nothing after she opened the door all i got was "what's the name?" so I tried to say we have just moved to the area we are trying to register but I didn't even get to finish she just cut over me interrupting me saying that they do not accept anymore NHS patients, so I asked what about private ones? She said yes and before I could say anything she turned around got me a card with a phone number and looked at me again and said again that they are not taking on any more NHS patients and just closed the door... wow... just because you got no more places for NHS clients you don't have to be so dismissive and rude to other possible new costumers. We was going to join on the private part but after how they behaved I'd rather go somewhere else. Shame for the staff to be making a bad impression on the clinic behaving like this. Very disappointed, would avoid at any cost!
