Had a wonderful experience with my dentist, Juhi, and her lovely colleague, Helen. They were incredibly thorough, gentle, and took the time to explain everything they were doing, as well as how to prevent buildup. My teeth have never felt cleaner! Highly recommend them and the clinic's location—having the park right next door is perfect for a lovely walk afterward . Parking was right next door which was free.

AVOID this business!!! Booked through groupon a one ‘extensive scale & polish’ thinking it would be better than a normal ‘scale & polish’ the receptionist who is the manager doesn’t know a thing about customer service. She told me the treatment would take 20minuets, I was in there for no longer than 5mins.. The dentist and other lady didn’t have a clue, it was rushed and not professional. Once the treatment was done they said I was finished without showing me so I went into the bathroom to check and there was visible signs of marks on my teeth still. I’ve had scale & polish done before so I knew what the treatment should look / feel like after however this wasn’t my experience. Currently in the process of getting a refund yet I don’t believe a word that comes out the managers mouth, very condescending. The whole business is a scam who are scheming customers all for the sake of £32 treatments because their business is dying.

I booked an extensive clean but the entire appointment lasted only around five minutes, with very little time spent actually cleaning my teeth. When I got home and checked, I could still see plaque buildup and even spots on my front teeth. The overall experience felt rushed, and the staff came across as uninterested and dismissive. I regularly get a scale and polish every 6–8 months, so I know what to expect from a thorough clean, this was far below standard and very disappointing.

1st time I went for a clean they were good but didn’t touch a quarter of my mouth, I thought Ok maybe it’s because it’s Groupon and they want you to come back For more, a few months after they call and ask if I want a half price clean £35, I book and I’m in the chair, I get told you can have an extensive clean for more, ok how much £30 was then agreed, they go back to working my teeth and are then discussing with each other they don’t have time to do the air floss from their it was a rush and I am so disappointed this time. Then to Top It off I go to the desk To pay and get told it’s £75, I tell her we agreed on £70, she goes in the dentist office and I hear them saying it’s £75. The appointment just got more and more shocking as time went on. I get back to My car and I can feel that my teeth are not cleaned properly. I could have gone to my local dentist and had a better clean

The Dental Studio has been amazing, I’d highly recommend. I’ve had an ongoing issue for a few years and I always get an appointment at the last minute to make sure everything is okay and gives me a piece of mind. No matter what the issue, the team always want to help and make sure you’re okay. They also talked me through all options before committing to anything. 10/10

I have been here over the course of a year to have SmileWhite aligner treatment, and is a pleasure every time, the staff are lovely and very helpful.
