The Hainault Dental practice

Came in to see Dr shama and her nurse. They did exceptional work and made me feel comfortable. The receptionists were very nice and helpful and accommodating, they do a very good job of always making me feel welcomed. So Thank You:)

I should have written this review sooner, but it’s well deserved! My son is autistic and has a lot of sensory challenges, especially around medical environments. The team at Hainault Dental Practice (New North Road) have always been incredibly patient and understanding with him. They never keep us waiting long — he is seen almost immediately, which helps so much with his anxiety. The dentist we usually see is gentle, kind, and explains everything in a way that makes my son comfortable. They work with his needs, not against them, and that makes a huge difference. Finding professionals who truly get our children is not easy, and I’m so grateful for the care and respect they show him every visit. Highly recommend this practice to any parent of a child with additional needs. 💙✨

I have been with Hainault Dental Practice for many years, looked after by Dr Gandecha. He is a very skilful and efficient dentist. The surgery is clean and tidy and all the staff are courteous and professional. I am very happy with the treatment I receive.

If I could have done a 0 star I would, he botches your teeth, will act like he’s filling in but doesn’t drill and makes your teeth look awful for another dentist to have to sort out, rushes you out he is no good please don’t go! First thing they ask is if you have a job when you walk in, money grabber.

The dentists are brilliant, very kind and knowledgeable. However the reception staff aren't as kind. I write this literally minutes after walking in for an appointment, for the receptionist to not even make eye contact. About 20 seconds later she puts a form on the table and says "do you pay for your treatment?" Does the word hello not exist anymore? Or a smile? Good manners cost nothing! However like I said, the dentists are fantastic here!
