I have been with this practice for 4 years. This is a beautiful practice, all round. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Julie, the receptionist is a dedicated member. My kids dentist provides a tremendous outstanding service. Dr Chen. He has definitely made a difference in my kids dental treatment. He is always on time and even as an emergency he fits us in. Thank you.

I visited the dentist today for the first time in five years, and I was extremely anxious. I honestly walked in thinking I might avoid it altogether. From the moment I arrived, I was put at ease. Danielle, the dentist, and Tamara, the nurse, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so calm and reassured throughout the whole appointment. Danielle is not only incredibly kind, but also so knowledgeable she explains everything clearly, takes her time, and knows exactly how to make you feel relaxed and safe. That level of understanding and patience makes such a difference, especially for someone who feels anxious about dental visits. I never once felt rushed or judged, just supported. Tamara was also so lovely and calming, which really helped settle my nerves and made the whole experience feel much more comfortable. I also saw Julie the dentist receptionist I’ve known of for a long time, and she is just as lovely as ever warm, friendly, and reassuring. I can’t recommend this practice enough, especially for anyone who feels nervous about the dentist. Today completely changed how I feel about coming back, and I’m so grateful for the care and kindness I received. Ellie x

I can recommend this Dental Surgery, I didn't go to a dentist for about 10 years, but when I got a problem with a broken tooth I decided that I had to see someone. My dentist (Dr Danielle Nicols) was very understanding and mended my broken tooth. I now go on a regular basis and my teeth and gums have never been better. I also see the Hygienist on a regular basis. All the staff are very helpful and attentive, particularly Tamara (the nurse) and Julie on reception and it is a pleasure to visit. I think the name of the surgery (Hainault Gentle Dental Care) is very apt as that is exactly what they do, take very good care of you.

We have been patients with this practice for few years and always had a great experience. The whole team is friendly, very professional and always makes us feel comfortable. Recently I took my son to see Dr Ravi as he needed a referral to the Orthodontist. Dr Ravi carefully explained why he needed orthodontic treatment and provided a trusted referral. The receptionist "Julie" is such a lively, helpful and lovely lady the care me and my daughter had received was super amazing our dentist was Dr.Vince and I was very happy with his treatment and advice he gave me and my daughter. I have never had a dentist sit there and take the time to explain treatment the way he did. His nurse Mahro was very helpful made me feel at ease and was very friendly. Reception waiting time is minimal, best to book online first for any kind of consultation or procedures.

Doctor Chin is so professional and such a nice man .He has fixed my teeth which look amazing. The rest of the staff at Hainault Gentle Dental are very caring and professional too .
