The Parks Dental Clinic

Today, I visited The Parks Dental Clinic for the first time for a full consultation. Having never been to a dentist before and experiencing some dental issues that required further investigation, I was understandably quite anxious about the appointment. My partner recommended this practice after receiving excellent care since beginning her own treatment in February. Hearing about her positive experience inspired me to take action and prioritise my own dental health. Dr Hedani Lopez and the dental nurse, Gracie, were both wonderful throughout my visit. They were friendly, professional, and took the time to put me at ease, which meant a lot given that this was my first dental appointment in 23 years. I had been expecting the worst, so I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. While I do require some treatment, the results were far better than I had imagined. I am looking forward to starting my dental health journey and receiving the ongoing care outlined in my treatment plan. I would happily recommend this dental practice to anyone seeking professional, compassionate, and reassuring dental care. Thank you!

Had a fantastic experience gaining my confidence in my smile through 8 composites on my top teeth. The process was simple and has improved my dental care routine no end, I couldn’t have enough pictures or smile widely enough once done. I love the plan where I have 6 monthly check ups and composite maintenance. I had the pleasure of having Amy and Dillon for my later appointments and have never felt in more safe hands. Amy listened to my concerns with some wear and tear and helped get my smile back to fresh and new. Perfectionists when I comes to teeth is the best and I knew she wouldn’t let me leave unless she was 100% happy with the result. I can’t recommend them enough, my biggest issue was trying not to giggle to their interactions and stories. Will be booking in with Amy and Dillon for as long as they will have me 🙂 can’t thank you both enough.

The quality of care is outstanding at The parks dental, from been greeted at reception, to your treatment room and after care it’s 10/10. The high level of standards is beyond the best iv ever experienced. Iv recommended to all my friends and booked my partner and children in. Highly recommend. My dentis Rahini wow her knowledge and care is outstanding, along with dental assistant Lexi, constantly reassuring you, asking if your comfortable, what a great team. Also had a hygienist clean with Vicki and her dental assistant faith again absolutely fantastic care and outstanding work. You forget your even at the dentist, what a great team of staff thank you x

This dental practice gets 5* from me. Rahini is an exceptional dentist as she is calm, professional, and she is also incredibly skilled. She took the time to explain every step of the treatment, instantly putting me at ease and answering my questions about specific steps. Her precision and care are evident in the outstanding results. The entire experience was genuinely reassuring. Lexie, her assistant, is equally wonderful, friendly and highly organised. Together, they make a truly outstanding team. The staff at Desk were welcoming from the moment you walk in.

Visited the clinic today. Greeted by a lovely receptionist. When i went into the treatment room i was seen by the very friendly Vicky who explains everything she is going to do and is happy to talk you through your options.

After not being to the dentist because of purely being so scared , I would just like to say Louise was amazing! And her helper also. Louise talked me through everything had patience and was just pure gold! Coming back next time don’t seem so bad now! Thank you to Louise and the team

So happy with the treatment I received here! I chose this dentist as they use air flow hygiene cleaning, laser whitening and digital veneers. So glad I did! Thank you Amy, Dillon, Shan & sorry i have forgotten the hygienist name! Will continue all my treatments here.
