Been here a couple of times for an emergency 111 appointment. The dentist gave me antibiotics which cleared up the infection quickly. He also made an urgent referral to the hospital which I really appreciated.

Avoid at all costs. I had an emergency appointment over a month ago, I got 2 abcesses the day after my appointment, which lasted a few weeks, after they tried to "save my tooth". Been through weeks and weeks of pain, had the tooth out at a different dentist almost a month later, still infected so had to have an extraction with no painkillers, and still having trouble with it now, weeks after that. Scabs on gum, still uncomfortable, potential nerve damage. Coupled with the fact that they seem to have pure disdain to NHS patients, as I was treat like something you'd find on the bottom of your shoe, by all of the staff, for being an NHS patient, as the private patient in front of me was treat very differently. I'd ask for somewhere else if 111 tries to send you here. Id give it 0 stars if I could.

This place is a masterclass in how not to provide dental care. From the moment I walked in, it was chaos—long waits, zero communication, and staff who acted like my presence was an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re employed. The dentist rushed through the appointment like they were trying to beat a stopwatch, barely explained anything, and showed absolutely no concern for comfort or pain. I left with more discomfort than I came in with and no confidence that the work was even done correctly. Billing was another nightmare. Surprise charges, vague explanations, and an attitude that suggested I was stupid for asking basic questions about my own mouth and money. If you enjoy feeling ignored, overcharged, and physically uncomfortable, this might be the place for you. Otherwise, do yourself a favor and find a dental office that actually values patient care, professionalism, and basic human decency.

Attended today following a call to 111 after a spike in pain bruising and swelling following wisdom tooth removal at the hospital, I had to wait a little while however all the staff I encountered dentist receptionist and dental assistant were all incredibly down to earth, friendly, understanding, shared genuine concern, answered all the questions I had, helped to ease my anxiety and ultimately get me on antibiotics, I am very grateful for their support

Absolute waste of time and money! Called 111 for a broken tooth with extreme pain. Driven all the way over here. Kept being rung to see where I was even though they were given an ETA (last minute booking). Got there ASAP, paid, sent straight in before even being able to fill out their form. 1 look at my broken tooth and stated they can't do anything about it and will need a referral...... I literally told them I had a broken tooth and they knew they couldn't do anything about it, yet still had me come out and pay them for wasting my time and money! Absolute scam

Was referred to this dentist via 111 and I’m so thankful for them removing a complicated tooth that was causing excruciating pain. After looking at their reviews I was so nervous that I’d have a bad experience but they were fantastic from start to finish! Thank you so much for seeing me so soon, it took 4 hours from the initial call to treatment!

Appalling service, No one ever answers the telephone when I call. I once went in person to the clinic to speak to someone in the hope to get an appointment booked in . Unfortunately I had a very rude receptionist telling me a load of rubbish as to why they won’t book me in for an appointment. I was told by the 111 service "I NEED TO CONTACT A DENTIST AND BOOK AN APPOINTMENT" absolutely not the case!. 111 should forward Your details over to a dentist that has a available emergency appointment in your area,, then that practice should contact you by phone to arrange to see you. Why are people fobbing people off all the time and telling lies.
