Ardleigh Green Dental Clinic

I visited this dental practice around two months ago regarding a tooth that had caused swelling in my gums. While Dr Malik was excellent, professional, and reassuring throughout my treatment, I was disappointed to learn that he has since left the practice. Unfortunately, my overall experience left me with concerns. I personally felt judged after certain discussions regarding payment, which made me uncomfortable as a patient. What has also been difficult to understand is why my tooth extraction could not be carried out under NHS treatment but was instead recommended as a private procedure. I know I am not the only patient who has raised this concern. Several other people I know who attend this practice have expressed similar frustrations regarding the distinction between NHS and private treatment options. Patients should feel respected, supported, and fully informed about why certain treatments are only available privately. Greater transparency and clearer explanations would go a long way in building trust and confidence. I appreciate the care provided by Dr Malik, but based on my experience, there are aspects of the practice that need improvement.

Very grateful to be fitted in for an emergency appointment in less than 24 hours when I lost part of a tooth yesterday. Having a facial pain condition makes me very anxious that something might cause a relapse in the condition, especially a broken tooth! I was dealt with efficiently and professionally and importantly, with patience and understanding. Excellent service; thank you very much!

Really happy with Ardleigh dental clinic. The staff are friendly, Mr Michael Abadi is a great dentist. It's very easy to get appointments even at short notice. Highly recommend!

My experience at Ardleigh Green Dental Clinic was amazing. Dr Malik and Uzma were approachable, reassuring and highly skilled. Dr Malik explained the whole process before carrying out the fillings and even showed pictures of the before and after. His thoroughness and expertise are highly appreciated and I can’t thank him enough.

My teenage daughter needed 4 teeth extracting (part of orthondic treatment to correct bite). The procedure was by local anesthetic, taking 2 teeth out over 2 sessions. Dr Malik explained the procedure in detail, gave reassurance and was very professional in their treatment. My daughter was nervous but the doctor put her at ease. The procedure was quick, pain-free and teeth (plus root) extracted with no issues. Would definately recommend this surgery if you're a nervous person who needs dental treatment.

Dr malik was so patient and kind and extremely good humoured. My friend marion faulkner was nervous going in as she required dental work. Everyone put her at ease and made the whole situation so much more easy to cope with. A difficult procedure made easier with a person so skilled. Many stars. Highly recommend.
