Bupa Dental Care Hornchurch

My experience at Bupa Dental Care Hornchurch has been great. I was recently seen by Dr. Miriam and Debbie to have some fillings replaced, and Dr. Miriam was very thorough in explaining what was happening throughout the procedure. I have to say, everyone at the centre is very welcoming and attentive. It's a soothing place to visit, especially if you have a fear of the dentist. I have now registered everyone at home with Bupa Dental Hornchurch. I highly recommend this place to anyone!

I had an appointment today with Jaqueline, and I can honestly say she is an outstanding hygienist. From the moment I sat in the chair, she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional manner. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond during my cleaning. She took the time to clearly explain each step of the process, offering helpful advice and ensuring I understood how to better care for my teeth at home. Her knowledge and attention to detail were evident throughout. Jaqueline’s genuine care for her patients truly shines through. She wasn’t just focused on the treatment itself, but also on making sure I was comfortable and informed the entire time. I highly recommend Jaqueline to anyone looking for a hygienist who is skilled, thorough, and truly compassionate.

I had an excellent experience at Bupa Dental Care Hornchurch. Dr Mariam was outstanding from start to finish. Her attention to detail was clear throughout the appointment, and she took the time to explain every issue in a way that was thorough, calm and easy to understand. Nothing felt rushed, and I felt fully informed before any decisions were made. It is rare to find a clinician who combines technical precision with such clear communication. I left feeling confident, reassured and very well looked after. Highly recommended.

I had a 45-minute hygiene appointment, but the balance of time was completely wrong. To be fair, the hygienist was lovely and gave wonderful, detailed advice, but we spent what felt like 40 minutes just talking. It felt like I was only in the chair for about 5 minutes of actual scaling and polishing before it was over. While I appreciate the thorough education, I booked this appointment to get my teeth cleaned. The £120 listed price is just not worth it for the minimal amount of hands-on treatment provided

Genuinely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had! I saw Dr. Mariam Mahmood for a check-up and Dr. Jacqueline McLeod-Falade for a hygienist clean yesterday, and both were incredibly professional. They did a brilliant job of explaining exactly what was going on with my teeth and the best ways to fix things, plus some great preventative advice. If you’re looking for a thorough, friendly team, this is the place. I’ll definitely be back!

I recently attended here as a new patient. Dr Mariam was an outstanding dentist and the best dentist I have ever seen in all my life. She was extremely through, gentle, friendly and caring. She was very sympathetic towards my complex health conditions and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable, and went above and beyond for my care. It is very rare to have a dentist who takes their time with you and as a patient this is something that is truly appreciated. She deserves a raise!

I had a hygienist appointment with Jacqueline yesterday and it was SUCH a lovely experience. She had the most welcoming aura about her, made me feel very comfortable, explained everything thoroughly and clearly and was just such a pleasure to be around. Probably the best service I’ve ever had.
