Appointment cancelled 3 times. Original appointment was for February, I now have to wait until November. Reception told me everyone’s appointments were being cancelled due to a dentist moving with her husband. This is not the patient’s issues and does not explain the previous cancellations. There is always some excuse. I have several friends also here and their appointments have not been cancelled so being told "everyone" is affected is a lie. I was also told today that it was too early for my Son to be seen anyway so the cancellations did not matter! This is despite the fact he has 10 teeth and I have followed the guidelines for dental health for children. Do not offer appointments if you refuse to honour them and keep your dentist’s personal lives private because I am fed up of the constant excuses for your failure to provide a service.

Hygienist appointments cancelled at last minute several times. Next appointments available for 3-4 months later. I suggest you stop offering services that you cannot then offer. Forced to seen new private dentist clinic.

Having recently moved to the area, my wife and I had our first check-up today. Everything was excellent: from becoming a new patient, to arranging our first appointment to today, when we had our first check-ups. Our dentist was very approachable and gentle. We're very happy with our new dentist.

I’ve always had such a great experience here! The reception ladies are so lovely and kind, the dentist is really patient, gentle, and explains everything clearly, and I love how handy the email reminders are. Definitely recommend!

It was my first time visiting the dentist on 3/12. The hygienist was lovely and made me feel really comfortable. She did a great job! My only suggestion would be for the receptionist to be a bit more friendly. She didn’t seem happy to be there. Thanks

I arrived for the first time today to be greeted by a very efficient young lady, in a very clean, attractive and contemporary work place. The dentist , Maryam, was excellent and as a nervous patient I felt very reassured by her attentive, friendly and confident manner and I feel fine about returning in a couple of weeks for some treatment. All in all the best dentist experience ive ever had and NHS too.

Highly recommend this practice. They have gone above and beyond to help me, despite being busy! They show genuine care and compassion for patient well-being.
